I'm going to go with 5 stars because I've never been so impressed by a toy store. Don't go in there expecting anything like the Walmart toy section or Toys R Us.. That's where you're most likely to find the generic crap. Go in and see what interesting selection they have and toys that you haven't come across in years or ever at all.
You want toys that help learning and are also fun... not toys that make you dumber. It's pretty much the only place I'd recommend for toy shopping.

It's All Fun and Games...until someone gets hurt. Okay, not that last part, but I just couldn't resist. Anyway, on to the review. This is a cute little toy store on Commercial Drive. They sell games, puzzles, Playmobil toys, doll making kits, plate painting kits, mosaic frame kits, art supplies, books, pinatas, balloons, and cards. Not only do they have a lot of great stuff for kids, but it's a fun place to shop as an adult.
