Island Inkjet has saved me tons of money on printing costs over the years, since if you buy an inkjet printer, the replacement cartridges will run you more than the cost of the printer itself (and they run out pretty fast). Island Inkjet can refill the cartridge (even though it's not designed for it) for a lot less than the cost of a new one, something the printer makers would rather you didn't know about.
The last time I was at this location, there was a bit of a snafu--I was getting an Epsom cartridge refilled, and when I got it home, the printer wouldn't recognize it. Epsom cartridges are extra annoying, as they have a built-in chip that tells the printer how much ink is left; it needs to be reset with a special gizmo. Turns out that that step hadn't worked the first time, so I had to take it back to Island Inkjet, but it was fixed in a minute, and I never had a problem afterward.
