I don't know why I have this bizarre urge to review businesses in my old Victoria neighbourhood today but here's another one. We used Guy's (the French proprietor) catering services for our wedding back in October 2009 and it was such a blessing dealing with someone who:
a.) knows his food (i.e.,his cheese gougeres were devoured within half an hour of our reception and the cheese platter with the brie wheel lasted us through the night)
b.) works within your event budget and delivers exceptional bang for your buck
c.) delivers results in the the most professional and efficient way.
No surprises that stress you out on the day of your event, just beautifully done catering, which believe me, contributed to one less thing I had to worry about on our wedding day (not having hired an events planner and all). Would recommend to anyone.
