There are parts of this store that are well-staffed by friendly, helpful individuals, and parts that are not, but overall the experience is good. We were in looking for stickers for Christmas cards, and wandered around trying to find them for a good ten minutes before we found somebody able to help us. However, the woman working in the framing department was fantastic, so helpful and friendly, giving advice on custom framing. The guys in the copying department are also great; quick service at a really reasonable price.
The store itself is a bit overwhelming, given its size and vast contents, but if you're at all interested in art or framing, they've probably got exactly what you need. Great gift ideas too!
