If you go to the Encorp site you will notice that this location has a 5 star rating.
I think that they deserve it.
The service is friendly (run by a Korean family) and it is clean, efficient and they have a sink for you to wash your hands after disposing of those sticky icky bottles.

This place is great and I'll tell you why: The staff are wonderful! They are friendly and happy. Makes your experience a pleasant one, even if you're smelling stale beer and handling sticky bottles to walk about with a $20 bill.
I used to work nearby and would go about once a week, enough to establish a nice rapport with the staff. Over time, sadly, a few of them left to work at other Return It Centres, but the ones that remain are mostly awesome. (Some of the newer employees are a bit slow to warm up to you, but give'em a chance.)
Don't forget to recycle your milk containers... you might not get money for them, but Return It Centres take them back and it is better than having them end up in a landfill.
This isn't really a service industry (since you are walking away with more money in your pocket than when you arrived) and yet the staff here really create a positive environment with their greetings and conversation (when it isn't too busy).
I've been to other Return It Centres where the staff are not at all happy, or the place is cramped and gross, even when it is empty. Once you've been to others, you're really appreciate Iron Wood, I think. -

Weird Vibe Today...
Today I was truly disgusted with this place....
THIS PLACE DOES NOT RECYCLE CARDBOARD!!!!
REPEAT
THIS PLACE DOES NOT RECYCLE CARDBOARD!!!!
Upon pulling up to the driveway, there was a man patrolling the bins. I walked up with a sheet of currograted cardboard and he put his hands up and told me they don't want to fill the Cardboard Bin as it costs them money to unload it.
This is a weird and unfriendly place.
Maybe for bottles and other items....it would be alright, but I find it really unacceptable they don't take cardboard.
