Recommended by a friend, I wish I had visited this location first to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Unfortunately, I decided to head to the shop nearest to me on Main Street. You can read my less-than-stellar review of that location on their own listing. However, here I want to focus on the positives: on the phone and in person, the North Vancouver location provided friendly, helpful and prompt service - exactly as advertised on their webpage. My screen was replaced within an hour, which was especially impressive considering they had to undo the damage that the other (unaffliated) location did previously. I will be recommending this location to anyone I come in contact with who wants quick, professional, and courteous iPhone repair.
