This has always been my favorite IHOP. It's cozy, in the corner, and never too busy. The service is always great and the food is prepared well.
Who hasn't tried their stuffed french toast? Sure, it's pre-frozen, but they are so darn good!
I'm pretty easy when it comes to breakfast - the sampler. Can never go wrong. Though if I want to satisfy the sweet tooth, the strawberry crepes with a side of bacon and a side of hashbrowns is my vice. All this talk of this, I think I just might go again soon! -

I stopped in here for a much needed sugar infusion after being tattooed down the street. Usually I find Ihop crepes too sweet but this situation warranted it!
They have their 7 items for $7 promotion so I got the Banana, strawberry and Nutella crepes with some eggs. I'm not crazy about Nutella but liked it with the fruits.
The service at this location was much friendlier then other locations I have been too but the coffee tasted a bit old, maybe because they weren't too busy. -

WTF ? Happened too IHop, Breakfast for 2 only $45.00 with a 2 dollar tip.
The only reason we gave this place a single star was the service was ok .
Come hungry leave hungry and ripped off . 15 bucks for a bacon and mushroom omelette with 3 kids sized pancakes . 3 dollars for stale coffee made who knows when and thrown on your table in a urn that who knows how may other have used today ? give you your food and drop the bill down at the same time ? in other words hurry up eat and get out of here. Sorry IHOP but NEVER AGAIN !!!!! Too many other places that are reasonably priced with much larger portions and better food.
If your planning ob coming here I recommend the Amelias down the street . Much Better food and you will get breakfast for 2 for 20 bucks with tip . -

7 different meals for 7 dollars = awesome. Cheese and ham omelette with fruit = fresh and yummy. Fast service! Fruit bowl seemed a bit small....

The sign in front usually says 'Come Hungry - Leave Happy'. But ever since the first time I went to this IHOP, I've always believed that it would be more accuurate to render it 'Come Happy - Leave Hungry!'
IHOP is not altogether different from Denny's, if you enjoy the heart attack inducing sugar drenched and super greasy crap that passes for food at Denny's, then you'll feel right at home at an IHOP.
I don't want to be unfair, IHOP does have a few decent items on the menu, but I've noticed that from time to time when they do screw up and but a half decent item on the menu, they take it off after a year, because for some reason IHOP's main customers just don't seem all that interested.
IHOP has decent pancakes. But if you want to really enjoy them, bring your own pancake syrup; the stuff they have at the tables amounts to four flavors of disgustingly super sweet sugar water that will make you want to retch before you. can finish half a stack of pancakes. But if you are not afraid to bring your own syrup, they can be a real treat.
The service here is average to sometimes actually quite good, the waitresses are usually friendly and the cooks (usually Larry and Gary) are chatty - well, Gary is chatty at least - but they're both friendly. Both of them have worked there at least as long as I've been going there, which is going on seven years (no, I don't go there often - usually only when someone else wants to meet there).
If you show up at 8 PM, and closing time is 9PM, don't expect to get a meal, unless it's something simple AND it's to go, otherwise they'll usually only let you come in for dessert. Where other restaurants typically welcome customers right up to closing time (and usually keep the kitchen operating until then), at this IHOP at least, from one full hour before closing time they are very focused on getting tfhings cleaned up and put away, so they can go home at closing time. I don't have a beef with them doing things that way; just be aware of it beforehand is all I'm saying about it.
The staff are decent, hard working people for the most part, who get crap wages and probabably not much job satisfaction. If this restaurant is like this, it reflects on the owners/management. They must be super tight with the money. Too bad they don"t improve the menu from 90% 'anything with eggs' to something that actually resembles real food.
They used to have a pretty decent apple crisp dessert, but of course, it being the ONE decent dessert item that they had, they got rid of it.
Like I said: Come Happy - Leave Hungry! -
Review from Jenni B.
The most classic IHOP to me, this one has that true diner feel to it, and the consistent IHOP service and quality... good cheap breakfast served by effiicient and personable servers.
Best memory of IHOP on 8th is undoubtedly when Richard Grieco was dining at the table behind me, I was 8 years old and got his autograph on an IHOP napkin. I knew him as "Booker" then.
I still have that napkin.
