I just purchased my 3rd computer from the folks at Interaction. They reinforced to me why I always choose them over all of the other choices there are out there. Andy, the gentleman who helped me choose and customize my system, was very friendly, informative and helped me make the right choices without trying to load on a bunch of stuff I did not need. I placed the order on Monday for one of their own machines and it was available on Wednesday afternoon. I dropped off my old hard drive and video card to install with John and had a great discussion with him about migrating my files over and what my new machine was capable of. They walked me through all the details in a concise and non pretentious manner. He even added a few little personalized tweaks to my OS.
And then he even called the next day to make sure everything was working fine!
The best choice to purchase a computer for anyone on the North Shore. And if you have any problems with your machine you can drop it off to them as opposed to shipping it off and waiting forever for repairs. -

STOPPED TRYING....AND ON THE DECLINE!
InterAction was once a really cool place to go and check out custom setups for your computer and check out the latest games. - retail and rental on all major platforms.
Today. I went in looking for NHL 12. It was released today and the most highly anticipated game to have all year. I wanted to support my local retailer so I went OUT OF MY WAY to get it there.
I walked in and asked for it. Both employees looked at me like I"m from outer space and said no. But they could order it in for me.
What a joke!
Oh well, futureshop for me.
