I too had a similar problem at Sears Kingsway with the Intensive Spa products. After they tested the demo on my hands it felt soft so i thought i would try the hand salt scrub and creme. The sales guy refused to tell me what the price is when i asked him several times, so buyers beware, it's not cheap. The price ranges from $49.99 to $80 each.

Shortly i came home, my hands started to itch and I felt a slight burning reddish color on my knuckles therefore i knew the products are not right for my hands. The next day i took it back to Sears and tried to return the unopened products at the counter where i bought it and the sales lady there said it cannot be returned. I told her it's unused and brand new so there is no reason to complicate the return. She asked me who sold it to me and i pointed to the same guy that sold it to me the day earlier, he came to the counter and looked at my hands and i told him that i had a reaction to the product, please refund for me. He looked at me and said out loud he did not recognized me. I was immediately very upset and wanted to speak to the sales manager, and yet the girl at the counter said "there's nothing we can do, it's none of our business". I then asked for a 1-800 number so i can speak to someone to clarify why i cannot return it, yet the girl refused to give me any number, she kept standing there telling me over and over that these products should be painful to use in the first few days and that my skin will get used to it. I cannot believe they would be so rude and try to force me to keep my stuff when it's not working on my skin.

Shortly after, i had to find another customer service counter at Sears and went for help at the catalogue counter where the lady there was nice enough to call the sales manager out to talk with me. The manager understood and gave me a full refund without any complications.

So my advice is that not everything expensive is good for your skin, and do some research on the product first before you buy it incase you cannot get your money back, or they can play gimmicks on you to force you to keep it. KNOW YOUR RETURN POLICY RIGHTS.

I stopped by the little set up they had at Southgate, in Sears. I talked to the lady about some of the "issues" I have with my facial skin. She showed me some of their products and told me how much I would benefit from them. Eventually I caved and bought the "Essential Purifying Mud Mask". I was told it was an 18 month supply and I would notice results in a few weeks of using it once a week.

It's been over a month and nothing has changed. Even better is that it feels like the container is getting close to being empty (I really have to work at getting some out), and I haven't been laying it on my face super thick. Will it last 18 months? Not a chance. Was it worth the money? Nope, pretty sure I'd get the same effect if I used mud from my backyard. Can I get a reply from them on how to get my money back? Of course not. Sears won't help me as the nature of the product means it can't be returned.

I'm just disappointed that it hasn't performed as I was led to believe, and apparently the company doesn't believe in standing behind its products.
