Dr. Anne may be one of my favourite people in my life.
For the last four years, I have been a client at Inner Waves, and if I had a roof top to shout from, I would be up there to tell you about Dr. Anne.
The only practitioner of Network Spinal Analysis east of Montreal, Dr. Anne provides her patients with well rounded chiropractic care, and encourages them to recognize the connection that all aspects of their lives have with their overall health.
Since beginning treatment, I can say that I am more aware on how my stress, relationships, exercise and diet and other factors influence my health, and I am better equipped to understand my body and the signals that it gives to me. -

At a point in my life where my body was completely befuddled (three massages in a single week did nothing to reduce the tension held in my shoulder and back), I really was at a loss for what to do. Luckily I was pointed toward Dr. Desneiges who I say without hyperbole changed my life. Her non-invasive approach to wellness managed to not only reset my muscles, but clear my emotional state and improve my perspective on managing stress, anxiety, and all sorts of other negatives.
The approach you'll find used at Inner Waves is the polar opposite from your snap, crackle, pop chiropractic as Dr. Anne uses Network Spinal Analysis to get the job done safely and effectively.
