Upon a recommendation from our Ziptrek guide, we stopped by to grab a sandwich.
Small shops like this makes one feel right at home. The ladies behind the counter were awesome and very friendly. I enjoyed the tuna melt on their outdoor patio and took in the sights of Whistler.
Be ready to order or the locals we jump in front of you. Give them a try. -

Not bad food but not fantastic. I felt rushed to order because it's so small and cramped and no room for a line to form. The outside patio was great, had a heating element above to keep you cozy. If not so cramped, I would've given it 4 stars because service was good, food was not bad (just no wow factor).
We had the tuna melt and smoked turkey on focaccia.... -

I only ate a brownie. But I told the girl I HATE coconut, then she gave me a brownie with COCONUT! F her!

Despite the increased development of Whistler, Ingrid's remains as one of the few and finer institutions. Great breakfast and lunch foods, especially the breakfast burritos. Perfect place to grab some food before hitting the gondola in the morning.

This is a tiny cafe tucked into the Village Stroll. You kinda have to look for it. It only has about 4-5 table and it only serves breakfast and lunch. I decided to try this place based on the yelp reviews.
We went there for lunch and tried their soup of the day (chicken noodle) and their smoked turkey sandwich. The Chicken noodle was OK; just warm, not hot and it came with a thick slice of bread. It has good flavour. The smoked turkey sandwich was quite good with smoked turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato on a flat bread. I enjoyed the sandwich more than the soup but would like to come back to try their breakfast.
Overall, I thought it was OK, a typical sandwich joint but then my expectations were a little high based on previous reviews. -

I was introduced to this place by a skier in the gondola lineup eating a breakfast burrito because it smelled sooo good!
I've eaten at Ingrid's several times and it's always been good - breakfast burritos, veggie burgers and salads! Lots of vegetarian options here!
There is limited seating inside, but there is a nice outdoor patio that is set back from the main walk that is great to sit at when it's nice out.
The staff are super friendly too!Listed in: Whistler Eats

This place was a pleasant surprise. Its a cute little Deli tucked away between stores on the village stroll. They've got a good selection of sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items.
The best part is that its a quick in and out process to get something affordable and good to eat. :) -

Very good sandwiches. I looooove their bread/buns - crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.
Interesting thing is that they make scrambled eggs using the milk steamer of coffee machine (I don't drink coffee so I don't know what is the approriate name for it). I think I had the #4 sandwich (eggs and ham), it was goooood!! Mr. S had the lox bagel, lots of salmon - yum!!
The only thing is... they heat your sandwiches in the microwave, which I'm not a big fan of. -

This is a great place to grab breakfast on the go or get a great sandwich. Quick and easy with friendly staff, fresh ingredients and good selection. I normally go here to get food to go. They do have a few seats, but it's a bit tight.

Located in the Village Square, Ingrid's provides an unassuming breakfast that delights the senses. Basic eggs and toast are somehow transformed into the pinochle of comfort food. After a hard night of partying and before a hard day of tearing up the mountain, stop at Ingrid's to nourish your body and soul on the cheap.

Not sure if it was due to the long morning of skiing, but the sandwiches we had at Ingrid's were second to none - and tasted like perfection! Their daily specials are the way to go - we all had one and each raved that we chose the best one! I had a fantastic turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and avocado and brie (I think? Maybe some other kind of cheese - I ate it too fast to notice!) They put all the toppings on unless you have them hold something. This was a place recommended by the hotel staff and it's truly a great find in the village.

Their lentil-based veggie burger is excellent and surprisingly big. Highly reccomended. This place is a favorite with the locals.

Great place to grab breakfast. The staff was very friendly. There was no place to sit on the inside (tiny), but there was plenty of seating outside. Foor was excellent. I had the fresh yogurt with berries. I would recommend it to anyone.

Best place in town to get sandwichs, hands down.

Ingrid's advertises that it is Home Cooking and it certainly reminded me of my Mom's cooking, but that's not a compliment! My lox looked like they went through a blender. The "fresh" fruit on our yogurt granola bowl was frozen strawberries, still frozen BTW. NO WAY!
