Ingledew's is a Vancouver family owned business that's been around since 1915. They offer both dress and casual shoes by Rockport, Josef Seibel, Ecco, Clarks and many others. They've got shoes from size 4-11 for women and size 6-16 for men and in narrow and wide. One cool thing about Ingledew's is that they offer price matching so if you find the same item at another store at a lower price than what they are selling it for, they'll match the price. The Metrotown shop is a good place to go if you want to test the price matching since Metrotown has a glut of shoe stores all in one area. Now their website boosts about their superior customer service, which I did not see at the Metrotown location. Their employees were doing what most employees in customer service positions seem to do - chit chatting with each other. I like the idea of this company, but next time I'll try one of their other locations.
