This store is responsible for the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed.
I truly feel that the store does not deserve to have any customers.The staff is disrespectful and outright rude to the clients.
When my friend and I walked into the store, we didn't get greeted, nor did we get any help choosing a jacket. I tried on a few jackets, picked out the one I wanted and brought it to the cash register. After I paid ($700), and still without a 'hello' we mentioned to the sales person that we were not impressed with the overall service and the lack of a greeting in particular. Instead of accepting our honest feedback, the clerk tells us to get the f**k out, and that they don't need clients like us. I returned the jacket on the spot! Will never consider spending a cent at 'BAD Influence - U'.
The worst, most arrogant and obnoxious staff imaginable. Stay away.
