I prefer a clinic that is near my work so I was happy to have read online that they have downtown office and which is also open on Saturdays. So I made an appointment through their website a week before my intended date, and it was written there that I would get a call to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment came and there was no call. I personally went there to check, and they said they didn't get the email or it could have been routed to other offices (which I think is the least thing to happen and could have easily forwarded it to their office). Hence, I was not booked! I guess it's an old online booking problem then... And too bad their consultation is only done Fridays 6pm-8pm, which is a bit late for me. If you want to book an appointment, better do it through phone call.

I recently went back to try an use up my credit since I was overdue for a cleaning.
After numerous attempts to book an appointment online (they're supposedly set up for this) failed (they would call when I indicated to contact me via email), I called in to make an appointment. Since I hate talking on the phone, and I wanted to book online so I could make sure I was free the day of the appointment, it came as almost no surprise to me that I booked an appointment I couldn't make it to. Had to call again. Made a different appointment.
I showed up early to my appointment. Half an hour goes by past my appointment time, and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. They apparently had either no clue when my appointment was, or just forgot about me. A guy that arrived after me went in before I did (but I have no idea when his appointment was, if he had one as they do walk ins).
They did apologize for the delay and told me I wouldn't have to pay the normal amount they have you pay up front before insurance. Which was nice. However I now have no idea if my credit remains or not as I received a statement indicating I owed them money. I talked to them and was told I did not owe money, but it seems like a pretty messed up situation...1 Previous Review: Show all »
