We went to the store to pick out my engagement ring. I had gone to look on my own at a few shops to get an idea of styles and what I would like. We had a saleslady approach us and I let her know we were looking for a ring. She had a book with information of the 4Cs of the diamonds that they had in stock, including the price. There was a case with various settings to pick from. I didn't like any of them and explained what I wanted. She said she saw one in the back that she thought was what I was looking for. She came out with the diamond and the setting and it was perfect.
They offer a 10% military discount and sometimes have coupons on their website to use in store. You can also trade in a previously bought ring from them if it's less than 50% of the cost of the new ring. They also suggest bringing the ring in for cleaning every 6 months for free.
When we went back to buy our wedding bands, we had another sales associate. I didn't find her level of service to be as high as the first associate. Based on the second experience I give it a lower rating than the first experience.
