When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is, which is the case with this place. The website sets out some great stuff, sounds good, sounds like they know what they're talking about, but in the end you'll be disappointed. There is a clerk there and a lawyer that I met but the service is very, very spotty.
They are unresponsive. Try sending a note through their website - you won't get a response. That should have told me something, but I submitted twice, and no reply, but I visited them and paid them anyway.
If you're looking for a business lawyer go elsewhere. It might cost you a bit more, but it will be worth it. That's the way it was for me - and thank goodness I found Richards, Buell and Sutton.
