This store is great, they sell many varieties of raw dog food. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, and they actually care if their customers are "finding everything alright" or not. They have lots of selection of raw meaty bones too, so its good for picky dogs, like mine. There are also a large variety of good quality toys, such as planet dog, west paw design and aussie naturals, just to name a few. The prices are pretty much the same as one would find in other doggy stores.

In the Raw has incredible staff, including owners Jill and Rob, who really care about their customers and pets. They've given us great advice on calming our nervous dog and recommended fabulous gifts for all the dogs and cats in our circle of family and friends.
We always feel welcome at In the Raw and if they don't have what we're looking for, they're happy to order it in or recommend other places to find it. And the store isn't just for dogs and cats on a raw diet - there are lots of treats and toys that are suitable whatever your pet eats!
It's wonderful to have In the Raw in our neighbourhood - and our dog Sofie certainly agrees! -

Our Westie baby has allergies - as many Westies do. Jill and Rob have been so helpful in finding food, suppliments even treats that our barking baby excells with. Her vet says that her skin is now amazing. Thank you for the great selection of healthy pet alternatives for our four legged babies with great advice.

Another wonderful place on the North Shore for raw food for your furry friends! I think this is the only place that offers exclusively raw food, fresh, and frozen. The staff is very friendly and willing to help educate you on feeding raw. They have a bunch of literature there, pamphlets, books, and a lending library if you want to learn about raw diet. They have supplements, and lots of healthy treats. There is a good selection of pet accessories and toys.
The main reasons I go to "In the Raw":
-they have birthday cakes for pets
-they have awesome collars, "TnT wear" (I think), made by a local North Van woman. They are like a martingale collar, but extra wide, and come in a variety of nice patterns and colours!
