My husband had a rush job that had to happen today under a very tight deadline. We were frantic trying to find a place that could do the job. Couldn't even get Staples to answer the phone--MEH!
Dave at In Print Graphics was quick to assure us he could do the job. We emailed the file to him at the pre-arranged time and by the time we drove to In Print he'd run the job, collated and stapled it , and boxed it. The only thing we had to do was pay and we were out the door and on our way.
Thank you, Dave, for your fine, professional, and FAST work. You made our holiday season very bright today! -

Went in to a get a large-format print done. Prices are decent, which is what steered me to this place. But, I made the mistake of letting them decide when to complete the job. Apparently, they do better with rush jobs.
This is what happened: I went in yesterday to place my order for a poster print, and they stated that I could pick it up in the morning. So, what does that mean? It's my interpretation that they would complete the job overnight. So, when I showed up shortly after noon, I was surprised that the worker there had to search for the file on the computer (and that it wasn't rolled up, waiting for me to pick it up). Apparently, their printer broke down that morning. Ugh.
So, I stated my dissatisfaction at not being called before I came, considering I didn't get there by car. It would have been courteous for them to let me know that it was going to take a bit more time, which would have been fine. I wonder how many others were affected by this.
So, long story short: My print job was finished within the hour. Full printing and drying. Like I said, they do better with rush jobs. So, just let them know you need it right away. -

I would avoid In Print if possible. While they offer fairly cheap prices, they provide very poor customer service and do not have the expertise to follow basic instructions. They also refused to refund me when they botched a print order. Overall, your money is better spent elsewhere!

Have been here several of times because of their quick turnover time. However, there's usually a colour matching issues. This time it was printed at a different shop and not delivered back to the store where it was to be picked up.

I've had several small one off colour jobs printed here and the colour coverage and quality has always been great. They really now what they're doing, and have always offered fast and friendly customer service. And they are open 24 hours!!! Why would you even think of going to kinkos

I work for a realtor who has used In Print for over a year now for all of our marketing materials - feature sheets, just listed cards, just sold cards, business cards, presentation folders, stationery, etc.
Dave is very responsive and the materials that they produce are of the finest quality, completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The fact that they are open 24/7 is an added bonus. What's not to love? -

Whether your job is big or small, you need it at 4am or at 10pm, you can get it done at Imprint.
And yes, they really are open 24 hours, I've tested this on several occasions :)
Dave is always available (some times a little sleepy) but he knows what he's going, he get's it done and he's happy to make suggestions if you're not sure what to do. -

I've been using this print shop for about 6 years! Dave the owner is the hardest working man I've ever met. The print quality is great and the service is superb. This is the place I go when I need to get something done right and fast. Because Dave is always there, there's accountability for when and how the jobs are done (unlike Kinkos or Staples where you'd be lucky if you get the same employee twice). There were times in the past when the service was not so great. But in the last 2 years, I can say that service has improved by 10 folds! I email my print jobs over and get an email back when it's done. Love this place!

Like its next door neighbour (SML Business Ltd.), In Print provides wonderful respite from the competition from Kinko's across the street. They offer full service printing, binding and graphics for such things as business cards here, and you will be happy for the individualized attention and cheap prices.
