I finally went today to redeem my living social voucher that I purchased in October 2010. I called there at least 10 times, and on the 11th time, someone actually picked up! That was back in March, when they said their first available WEEKEND was in September! So I booked for a weekday when I took vacation off work. I was expecting it to be awful due to the phone service, however it wasn't nearly that bad. The place is quite nice although it is located inside of a gym with lots of ogling meatheads, and my esthetician was quite nice. I got a french mani shellac manicure, it was decent, which is the same for what I can say about my pedicure. The massage wasn't bad for a nonRMT.. I'd return but after that experience with nobody ever answering the phone, it may be more of a hassle to book than its worth.

I've bought a voucher for this spa before. At the time, if I left a message, they eventually got back to me, but they didn't pick up their phones if I missed their call.
When I finally got a hold of them to book an appointment, this spa was booked for months. I called the deal company and got a refund.
Impressions day spa is doing another deal (groupon, Feb 2012), and this time - I called to see how booked they are. They picked up their phone (yay, improvement), but they're booked until a month or two months from now.
I don't understand why a company would spend marketing dollars to promote themselves when they're booked for months in advance. It just looks terrible on the company and customer service experience when the company fails to fulfill the demand. -

This is when I really look for that zero star rating..where is it?
So, I purchased 2 wagjag deals for myself and a friend. Called, left numerous voicemails, tried calling various times during the day, NOTHING. Not a single call back and nobody ever picks up the phone.
From what I'm reading here, I don't think I'd want the services anymore either.I contacted wagjag and they refunded my money back. -

Does not return phone calls. Nearly impossible to get ahold of them. I also purchased the WagJag deal and have been calling to schedule an appointment. I wonder where they were "voted" the top 5 spa in Mississauga???? Not only is it loud but the "1 hour" massage I had lasted not even 30 minutes. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Gift Certificates purchaser be aware of the customer service and ethical practice of this spa. When you purchase a gift certificate which expires in 1 year, be prepared to call every day and leave countless messages and hope someone returns your call within the 1 year. Stay away from these people.
