Of all the gaming stores I have bee to this one has to rate as the best for just about anything your are looking for. I have a wide range of thing I was looking for and they had all of it. I will be back here next time I am in town.

Imperial Hobbies as been around since I was a kid and has been consistently topping local newspapers as the best hobby shop.
In all honesty it is. I have never been able to find a better place. From the days it used to be tucked in the corner of the stripmall with Dairy Queen next door it has always had amazing customer service.
Now that it's out on the big No 3 Road and in a larger space it's continued to have that small shop service.
There's always a staff member who's geeking out over whatever you're interested in whether it be comics, games, models, miniatures, or board games.
As a result not only is this a shop, but there are often people just hanging out here like a clubhouse. -

Nerd heaven. Whatever your hobby is, they've got it. D&D, comics, board games, model trains, miniatures, everything. Staff are friendly and not that nerdy themselves, which is good cuz some nerds are over the top with their obsessions and grate on ones nerves very easily. If I lived closer to Richmond I would come here way more often cuz there is always something good to find there.
