I still deal with this place a lot, for both the hobby side and the wine making side, I have noticed the change in service with the addition of some personnel behind the counter, and kept putting off commenting about it until now, and I can see how it would put some people off. Over all I find dealing with the owner very good. This store has one of the biggest variety of board games in the city outside the big box stores. I will be dealing with this one, and several of the other game/hobby stores in town as they all have their own flavour.
