    Terrible Experience!! I will NEVER EVER go to this place again!!
    Asked $200 for Hair-Coloring, the color which is not the right one I want, which also caused my hair damage.

    The story is,

    I HAD BEEN a returned customer of this small place before,
    The price was "ok" (around $100), the service and effort was mostly satisfied. I thought the Barber was generally good,  because he does not speak a lot, So that might made me think, he was just concentrating in his work.

    HOWEVER!, that's not TRUE.

    The last time I went there, I was asking another color, just slightly different from the colors I asked before, I sent photos, sent models pics couple days before the appointment date, just like a normal appointment before.

    but finally, the Barber just totally MESSED it UP, He colored my hair TWICE but still cannot reach the supposed color. I can accept slightly difference and I KNOW the color in PIC/Sample can be different from the true color,

    BUT NOT IN THAT WAY!! IT'S JUST TOO MUCH DIFFERENT!!

    So I thought that could be some problem of Barber's color discrimination, It was a rainy day, and i was almost  CRY when I found my hair was destroyed!

    I guess the barber also feel my disappointment.
    His words was,"Don't let me down"  WTF? He destroyed my hair and asked me to don't let Him down??

    The thing surprised me was NOT the simple wrong color,I know everyone make mistake, but it was their ATTITUDE  toward their "returned customer". The more you know them, the worse the services they provide, because they know you will RETURN!

    Finally, he apologized and gave me another option,
    "you pay $200, and next time you come we'll give you another coloring service for FREE." and I said why I need to pay $200, normally , it was just $100, the Barber said , because he did coloring twice.

    I was SHOCKED, so he want me to pay for his mistake, right?

    I believe for all girls, hair is the most important part in their daily makeup. The way they treat their "returned customer" is such terrible that they almost treat you as an ATM.

    The reviews of this salon was always good but not this time and I know I liked it so much but I have to think about to give it up because of the poor management philosophy.

    Let me pray that all gals' hair could be safe here or as least beware of the double face behind the Barber's low-key  working appearance.

    Unfortunately, I paid, I left; and this will be the last time.
