I have had two experiences with iCycle.
The first was unmemorable and entirely satisfactory. I needed a new seatpost and seat; they sold them to me. Now my wife can ride her mountain bike.
The second was a little more surprising. I stopped in to get a schraeder valve adapter, a simple $2 part. I happened across their selection of toques, poked through them, and found one that fit my monstrously large head. It's fleece-lined wool, has earflaps, is reasonably attractive as toques go, was reasonably priced, and, most importantly, it fits me. I could not find a single toque elsewhere in town that fit. It may not be what you are looking for in a bike shop, but it was enough to make me love the place.
They also have a decent selection of bikes in all price ranges, as well as other sports equipment such as snowshoes. Surprisingly, they also have an espresso bar, which I have yet to try, but which certainly adds to the place's charm as a bicycle, snowshoe, toque, and coffee shop.
