I've been to Icons twice now. The first time was for a haircut which was good... sadly, the hairdresser who cut my hair no longer works there. The second time, my friend and I went in for a mani/pedi and it was absolutely AWFUL, unsanitary, and way too expensive. I could've done a better job. The staff, especially management team are very arrogant and NOT friendly at all. They treat you like a number and they are NOT personable at all... all they care about is getting their tips and money. I find it ridiculously hilarious that they have 3 different levels of haircut services and pricing... just because they flew to Toronto, sat in a 3 hour training course, and got a certificate does not mean they should charge a heck load more for a haircut... it's ridiculous. Needless to say, my friends and I will no longer be supporting such a negative establishment.
