As an entrepreneur with numerous companies, I have over 12 solid years experience as a respected provider in the Web Industry. My accomplishments have been published in Editorials across Canada and you can read about my HR philosophies in the Essentials of Managing Human Resources (Thomson/Nelson 2009) highlighting my management style. My duties at Icona Inc. involveI tracking the latest Internet trends and interpreting them into business intelligence for my clients. I couldn't do this alone - and together with my business partner (also a seasoned entrepreneur) Mike Wynn we keep Icona on an upward trend.
