I really loved this place! The customer service was great and the services I received were amazing! So relaxing!! I love the atmosphere there too. I bought a coupon for here and I wish that other businesses that use those coupons would learn that if you provide a good experience people will come back! I'm new to the GTA so using coupons was a great way for me to try out new places and find spas and salons that I like. Many places end up treating your poorly because you have a coupon. Not here! And now they have themselves a loyal customer :) PS if you have dry winter skin I totally recommend getting an aromatherapy body polish!

It is my ABSOLUTE Favourite place when I need to get away and relax.
the location is very hidden, which is primarily why I love it.
You have to take the tiny elevator upstairs and once you walk in, you will be greeted by the front desk.
The decor is gorgeous and very much representative of the name. It's a hideaway with heavy rich curtains, waterfalls. You feel like you have stepped into a royal living room out of Arabian nights.
The prices are EXTREMELY affordable.
I try and drag Everyone I know here. They instantly fall in love with it. Which unfortunately is the reason why it's so hard to get appointments.
I would highly recommend the seaweed wrap & the lavender scrub.
They have a salon to the right side with a full hair dressing station, a manicure/pedicure station to the Left ,sauna to seat 2 and about 5 private rooms ahead.
You can get couple's, mom&daughter, friends, bridal packages for really good prices.
I used to get massages here by a Malaysian girl names Pippin, unfortunately she no longer works there :(
and I truly dislike the new massage therapist.
The experience here is like no other. You will change and be given a fluffy robe. They offer you cappuccino or tea and biscuit until you wait. Your attendant will come get you and take good care of you. By the end of your session, you will feel so wonderfully pampered. The best part is that they ALWAYS remember your name for the next time.
I cannot wait till my next session.

I just had a shellac manicure with Sarah and must say it was a fantabulous experience. I absolutely loved her service as well as the beautifully quaint atmosphere. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back!!! 10 stars thanks Sarah for a wonderful experience

We use a non-invasive approach towards everything including lipo massage, lift massage, intense pulse light (IPL), acne, microderm abrasion, waxing services, and more. Popular services include the use of our new Reaction machine that helps to break down fat and our infrared sauna, which is a dry heat sauna.
