Yeah, I'll have to downgrade this place...it's unfortunate because I use to love shopping here. But as of late, meaning the last year or so, the staff has a definitely shown their snobby tone. I've noticed that when a customer walks in, they will scan you from top to bottom first and then decide if you're "worthy" to greet. I've been greeted by them but it felt like they weren't very sincere - which is too bad because in the past the staff have been nice and helpful.
Also, I hate how they never install mirrors in their changing rooms. Ladies, we've all tried on something that we might look less than fabulous but we still want to see what it looks like...well here, you have to step out of your room to find the one set of mirrors in the stores which means you're also exposed to the whole store!
