    I have been helping close out the sister-inlaw's estate and she had a credit with this group. She had also elected to have insurance with this group as well. From the start to the end we found them unhelpful, unprofessional, and uncaring when we called to work this account out on the phone add to that the different things they say, the passing along to the next person and the obstacles put in the way the whole experience was way more stressful then it should have been. In addition the length of time it took to resolve everything I can say without a doubt I would never recommend this company or its products.
