* Yes, I'm reviewing a bank. *
I won't bore you with details of the nice layout of this little branch. What got them 5 stars was the customer service.
I was trying to change some smaller bills into larger bills. No big deal.
The teller came back with the larger bills, looked at them, and said, "These don't look very nice. I'll go get you some different ones."
I was amused when she came back with about 5 times the amount I should be getting and she started going through them to find nicest bills.
She said, "I guess you are giving holiday gifts. Want to make sure they look nice."
Thoughtful of her. She anticipated a need and proactively met it. So rare nowadays!
