HSBC, I think you might've surpassed the hate level I have for Bank of America, which averages out to be about: the fire of a thousand suns. I've been with you for 3 years now, I'm a Premiere customer which means I should be able to get a faster check out experience at the bank at those special designated lines for these account holders. Nope. You make it look all fancy and exclusive but the service is dead slow and ineffective. Remember one time I was waiting in line with two other women and the teller "whispered" to the customer in front that "people in line tend to get very impatient" and then roll her eyes and laugh? Yeah, all of us in line heard you, jerk.
Also, how come it always takes me about 2 hours just to get a hold of my account manager in my own branch? No direct line? I have to go through the operator and answer those annoying verifying questions over and over again, only to have you transfer me to a line that goes directly to voicemail? What would happen if I was overseas and really needed to talk to you guys? I have a funny feeling you won't be there for me. You never do what you say you'll do, never call me back, and you modify my account without my approval and no one ever knows what they are doing. It's safe to say I'll be leaving you soon. You've been as annoying as you can ever be.
