been buying my clogs from them each time i need new ones and very satisfied each and every time.
i hope this store is still there only need new clogs every 3 to 5 years -

Very friendly staff- until you try returning something. They didn't tell me about their "no returns" policy until after I tried to return shoes (unworn, with receipt, a week after purchase). I told the manager nothing in the store would fit me as their wide sizes don't suit my narrow foot; he gave me a limited-time credit note "as a special favor" and made me come back repeatedly to check new stock, knowing it wouldn't fit me! He seemed to think it was funny. I called the store later to get their corporate info: the manager was very suspicious and hung up on me. Now I'm out $160 because of their "policy", which is only posted on a tiny sign near the ceiling. Manager is very passive-aggressive and only cares about your money. BUYER BEWARE.
