After reading lots of positive reviews of this hotel on the Internet, I decided to stay in hotel sepia for my 1st trip to Quebec, the winter carnival.
Room: Just like many reviews had mentioned, very clean, very european style. Wooden floor (I personally like carpet, especially in the cold weather, therefore, make sure to prepare a pair of slipper.) We got a top sepia king size bed rm, the room is pretty small, the bed is next to the door.
Service: The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is GOOD and definitely worth the price of $9.95/person. (check out different packages offer from the hotel, which include free breakfast)
Location: 10 min drive to old Quebec (winter carnival), and very close to the aquarium and shopping mall. Many restaurant around as well.
