I love Quebec, but not the management of this hotel.  We pre-paid for a "Tyrol" room thru http://Hotels.com.  They are in new wing with mountain/valley views.  Instead hotel staff shuffled us into an older wing with parking lot views.  When we complained..in French mind you...they referred us to http://Hotels.com.  For the next 1.5 hours http://Hotels.com tried to reason with the Room Manager, Christophe Huguenard to no avail.

Sadly this "bait & switch" sales technique cheapened the atmosphere at what was an otherwise nice hotel.  I recommend the Hotel Chanticleur in Ste. Adele.  It is better situated on the shore of a mountain lake, with more evening activities.
