I was very happy with my suite at the Horstman House.

My girlfriend and I had a one bedroom suite, unit 313. The suite had a large bedroom with a fantastic king size bed, a kitchen with clean, modern appliances, a huge living room with comfortable furniture and fireplace, large bathroom with small shower and big jacuzzi tub, but only one sink(?). Free, fast wifi. We even had a little deck.

The building itself was clean, attractive, and welcoming with a nice outdoor heated pool and hot tub. They have free secured parking and free ski lockers, and the building's staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative note on the building are inexplicably loud air vents near the vending machines on each floor. These were directly across from the doors of other rooms, and I'd imagine are quite irritating.

The building is not ski on/ski off, so that might be a dealbreaker for some, but the #5 bus goes immediately (less than a 5 minute ride) to another hotel where you CAN access Blackcomb's trails after a 100 ft walk. The buss ride home from the slopes can be a little annoying.

I loved this suite and hope to stay there again.

I stayed here on my first trip to Whistler.

We got a one bedroom suite.  The room had a king bed and the living room had a double foldout couch.  The room was very well-kept and clean.  My friends had a 2-bedroom suite that was wayyy bigger.

The hot tub is nice and service here is good. They have a nice living room and pool table area.

I probably wouldn't stay again because it isn't a ski in/ski out OR in the village.  Carrying all that stuff on and off the bus is annoying so  I prefer to stay in a ski in/ski out resort in the Upper Village. Otherwise, the place was good.
