I lived here for a school year when I was in University. We decided not to renew our lease the next year because of the price, which was over a grand a month for a one bedroom, and a little too much for second-year students.
It's conveniently located downtown towards Sandy Hill, not far from the Rideau Centre, right on the corner of Rideau and Chapel, though once you pass Chapel, the neighborhood gets a little sketchy.
The building itself offers indoor and guest parking, storage, a hair salon, medical clinic, pharmacy, Sitar Indian restaurant, laundry on-site, dry-cleaning, a fitness room, pool, sauna, and 24-hour security and concierge.
The suites are carpeted and pet-friendly, and can be rented as furnished or unfurnished, and when they aren't being rented as residences, they are offered as guest suites, with parking included and at a discount for the family and friends of a resident.
