Went here to watch the UFC on saturday night. Must say I thought the place does an admirable job. There are screens literally everywhere which is great. The set up is very good with nice seating either at the bar or in booths. I ordered the burger and fries and the burger was excellent. Gets my vote for sure.

SO! MANY! TVS! SO! MUCH! SPORTS!

If you're looking for a decent sports bar that will be sure to show the game - you've found it. Food and booze is reasonably priced with ongoing specials for most sporting events.

I went on a Sunday afternoon when there was hockey, soccer (football), a race and baseball on and it wasn't very busy. Service was friendly and quick, and our server was more than happy to change the channel on the TV's near our table. (What's with servers generally giving 'tude about this? Get over it or we'll go somewhere that let's us watch what we came to watch!)

I especially liked how each booth had their own little screen so that if you're the person trapped at the back of the booth you can still get in on the action. The food is meh which is why I only gave 3 stars- although there is a HUGE selection so maybe I'm just not ordering the right stuff.

I wanted to give an extra star for having amazing bathrooms! Maybe it's because it was slow but the bathrooms were clean and not as run-down/disgusting as other bars in the neighbourhood. Every single person in my group commented on their cleanliness. Honestly, I would come back just for that.

I generally steer away from chains, but when it comes to watching hockey they tend to be the most reliable.

I went here with a friend to watch the Leafs continue their losing skid in February. The screens behind the bar are bright and sharp and the sound during the game is great but not too loud. The staff were very attentive and friendly, striking up chats during breaks in the play. Same goes for the clientele, at least during that night, were all good natured hockey fans.

I got the grumbles midway through the second period and fought them off with a chicken curry wrap, which hit the spot and although a little on the sweet side, was delicious. They have plenty of beer on tap although I wish they had more local stuff although Creemore was present and made do.

Should any of our local teams make the playoffs, this would be a fantastic venue to take in some games. Alas, that could be some time away. There's always next year.

Went back a couple of days later (for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup) and the experience wasn't nearly as nice this time around... The place was rammed -- which was good -- but the service was terrible. It wasn't the girl we had last time and this new waitress barely checked up on us at all.

One big disappointment was finding out they don't even have high-definition for all those televisions! All of the screens were low quality and pixelated, with a majority of them "stretched" -- creating a narrow picture. The main large TV by the bar and another large one appeared to be true HD but come on, Hoops... You're a franchise. Upgrade to HD!

We were walking around Yonge street for dinner that would fit our budget and stomach requirements. It was across from our hotel and I definitely felt at home as soon as I walked in. They had TVs all over the place and of course every game was tuned to Hockey. They had a NYE menu and I decided on the 3-course meal for $19.99 included a salad, prime rib and a cheesecake. The salad was ok but the dressing I could have done without. The prime rib was decent for a bar but the cheesecake was great. They had a great selection of drafts and bottled beers. Our female bartender was quite a character very attractive, foul mouthed and didnt know the difference between a Budweiser and labatt. Also when someone orders a vodka tonic they actually expect vodka to be put in. I would have given the place 4 stars but her obsession with Don Cherry and the Jr. National Hockey game deserves a 3. Good place to catch a game and the food is decent. Check it out.
