It is what it is.  And what it is is cheap, greasy Chinese.  This is the kind of Chinese you get when you order take-out from a small town Chinese restaurant, where they are the only option in town.

It's dirty, the service is indifferent when you get acknowledged at all, and the washrooms are straight up gross (what is that on the wall?).  Food came out quick, though.

The food is okay.  It's standard fare, and nothing special, but it fills the void, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.  It's nostalgic food for those that grew up eating very Westernized Chinese.

If you really like their food, why not get a t-shirt?  They have them.  In fact, they have summer specials on now!

All in all, though, it was all right.

The old saying "It is what it is" couldn't be more appropriate for this grubby place at the far end of Keefer. It was a last second substitute for Phnom Penh and we had little time to eat and make our next appointment. I pulled out the Yelp App and found this location not far from where we were.

If you have a neatness thing when eating Chinese food then this place is not for you. Lets be honest most Chinese food places wouldn't be for you. It's best not to look at the floor in this place. That said the food was actually pretty decent for what it was. It was dirty cheap Chinese food and it did it's job. Service wise well you get what you pay for and other than dropping off the food we never did see the waitress again. There are many specials pasted all over  the walls so your wallet wont be lightened here which is always a bonus.

I wont run back here but it's kind of a nice option when I am in need of a quick sweet and sour pork fix on a budget.

Oh and they aren't closed it's just that they decided you need to slide a door sideways with all your might to get in there............................

Hon's is a classic Chinatown restaurant. Authentic food at inexpensive prices, served quickly and consistent quality. The neighborhood isn't super spiffy, so a lot of reviews knock the place for not being a shining star - but the reality is that this is an ethnic restaurant serving up a lot of food in an ethnic enclave, so it won't ever be like eating at Five Sails downtown.

If you're in the neighborhood, this is a good place to take out of town friends for a cool meal. It's a great lunch spot for locals, and a neat place to try new and interesting food at inexpensive prices (like Jellyfish for $4.95, or Chinese Yanjing Beer for $2.99)

The wun-tuns are a staple, so try them in soup with your choice of noodles or add-ons. The pot stickers (gyoza) are also good (served in soup, fan fried, or steamed).

Har gow (shrimp dumplings) are a good choice, as is any of the siu-mai (my pleasure is pork).

The food at Hon's is basically cheap Chinese fast food.  It's cheap, reasonably appetizing and the price is decent.  Do not expect amazing decor or comfortable ambiance.

The last time we went there we had Yang Chow fried rice, chow mein, lettuce wrap, and a mixed tofu dish.  There were five of us in the party and there were left overs as well.

The service is okay.  They are not the most friendly but they get the job done.

Tip: You can tell the waiter that you do not want any additional MSG or salt in your food if you want.

An inexpensive Chinese noodle house on Keefer in Chinatown - a little grubby with speedy service and decently portioned dishes at $6-9. It offers your typical soup noodles, rice dishes, congee and noodle platters. Good for a quick bite, takeout and for dining alone.

We came around 11AM with our family pack of 14 today after the Run for the Cure and it was just getting busy. For the past 9 years, it's been our traditional to come to Hon's afterward. As usual, the servers were efficient; there was a couple mix ups with our orders; and some dishes were better than others, but meh, it's what we expected. I enjoyed some BBQ pork & shrimp with egg noodles. Will be back in a year for our next annual visit!

    Hon's takes Credit cards FTW!!!!

Haven't been here in years, last weekend visited China town for the first time in a very long time and was surprised at how many places do not take CC's.  I realize why, but still come on!   Replace your freaking abacus and pay the fee....

Food was decent, service was great, just ask and you shall receive!  What I liked the most was the variety of choices.  Starch-boy had some Dim-sum, after 3pm no less!  It came out fresh and piping hot!  Veggie-college student was able to find nice dish with tofu, mushrooms and brown gravy, granted we didn't ask what was in the gravy...outta sight outta mind.... she also vacuumed up the veggie potstickers, I can only assume they were good as I didn't want to lose a finger...and your youngest dare-devil was happy with her bowl of wun tun the bowl was huge!

Me?  I settled for a bbq pork rice plate, it was a decent size and the char siu was nice and fatty, but not too fatty, just right.  The Mrs had Singapore noodles that had the prefect amount of noodles to curry, it really was spot on.

We'll be back, for sure!! Nuclear hot tea was nice, as was the serve yourself fortune cookies....my fortune read, "You love Chinese food."...

Oh and a nice mix of locals and tourist, we left very happy and with a full belly...

We decided to go to hons because we've eaten at the other location before and thought itd be the same. What a bad decision! It was a complete waste of time! The moment they sat us by the bathroom, i knew we werent going to get good service.

They gave us our tea when we sat and 10 mins later, they took our order. We waited forever, 40 mins just to get 1 item in our order and the pot stickers werent even hot when we got them!!

While we waiting for the food, i thought i should put money in the meter. So i went and I took the longer way back just to see what was in the neighborhood. When i got back....we still didnt have food!! It was ridiculous! I had enough!! So we got up and left. After all the trouble & the waiting, we shouldve gotten them cold pot stickers for free!!!

Ill go to dives restaurants...i could care less what the place looks like. As long as the food's good...the service is good. Thats all i care about. Appearance-wise hon's has the avg dive look....its too bad theyre service is straight up garbage. Hons get it together!!

Creepy location, dungeonous and grimy feeling restaurant but surprisingly ok food.

I obviously  went for the Wun-Tun soup, it came with beef balls, but the Wun-Tun wasn't  so Wun-Tun, more like half-tun or quarter-tun. The soup base was fairly decent and the beef balls were seasoned well.

Like all Asian restaurants of this caliber the menu was way too huge, which makes for difficult ordering decisions. You read one thing that sounds interesting and tasty, continue to read along and the next thing you know, you forgot what you originally wanted and have to read all over again, it's exhausting! Maybe that's how these restaurants get your appetite going. They make you read long tiring lists of food, each dish having very similar ingredients, so you get to a point where you're so hungry, you end up ordering a lot! I call it glutinous business practices.

Not that this happened to us. Having frequented places like this, I've learned that it's best to go pre-prepared* having decided what "kind" of food you want before even stepping in the restaurant, so once you get the menu you can just scan that portion of it, like soup, rice, or pasta etc.

*Yes, I just made up a new word. It means being prepared x2 or preparing to prepare.

    Here is a scenario:

You walk into a restaurant with a group of friends and sit down, the menu's come and you begin the arduous decision process of determining what you want. Your smart friends have already come with a predetermined type of food in mind and quickly scan that portion of the menu and swiftly decide what they want, while you slowly and annoyingly say "hmmmmmm, hmmmmm, this sounds good! Oh wait this looks good too. Do I want rice, noodles or veggies? Hmmmmmmmmm, hmmmmmm". The waitress/ waiter comes by and asks if you are ready to order and you annoyingly ask for a few more minutes! Sheeeeesh! Like I said this didn't actually happen to us, but you get my drift about really long menus and being un pre-prepared LOL.

Some say big menus give you more choice, I say it gives you a big headache. Almost like, do I want curry on rice or rice on curry O_o

After the change of ownership of hon's, the new owners have not been able to reproduce the Hon's that everyone (that has had Hon's) once knew.  The food was bland and flavorless. This was the first time I really tasted what tripe really taste like and it was disgusting.  Dishes definitely needs work, of not, I don't see a future for them.  I know this isn't the best review I have given but I'm doing them a favor.  Please consider revamping the flavoring of your dishes, if not, Metro Vancouver will have to say good bye to a well known restaurant.

Wow, the potsticker still taste the same as I remember it.  Same recipe probably, but looks hell of a lot greasier! lol  Perhaps before, I wasn't so health conscious as I am today.

Beef noodle soup is definitely a no go!  Beef was over braised and rendered a dry flavourless beef, in a pretty decent broth.

The menu still looks the same, but just a number of items crossed off with a sharpie.  How nice of them to think about the environment and not waste paper by printing new menus.  I think I touched the same menu from 15 years ago. lol

They have a section where you can take a piece of Hon's home in frozen form, so you could have potstickers anytime you want.  They also go t-shirts for sale, proof that you ate there ;)

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews.  I've been to Ho Ho's dozens of times. Almost always get great service.  ALWAYS get great food at a reasonable price.

This is your basic Chinese/ Canadian restaurant.  Some authentic dishes, many canadianized dishes ... done well.

I always bring my out of town guests here and everyone is always happy and when they visit again ask to come back.

Sure, it is early arborite and no fancy decorating ... but let's get real, most of the Chinese restaurants in China Town are very similar.

The previous Yelp reviews cast this place as not so great. I was skeptical to try the restaurant based on these reviews, but it turns out the food was pretty decent.

Was in Chinatown the other day for a shopping voyage and was going to Hon's anyway to get noodles. So why not just try this place to get a better clarity regarding the selection offered here?

Thus, my family had lunch here. This is not really a dim sum restaurant as the category of the Yelp suggests, though it is offered in the morning. The main focus of the menu is rice and noodle dishes. I had the set B special of curry brisket with egg noodles and an order of pot stickers ($6.99) while the rest of my family got assorted selections of wonton and noodle soups.

Have to say that my set combo was actually pretty enjoyable. The pot stickers were prepared with good consistency and the pork filling tastes good. The curry brisket was extremely tender and the egg noodles were cooked just right. The only thing was the potato in the dish seemed miscast and unnecessary. Tried a wonton as well which was nice too. No real missteps from my experience here aside from the potato. Though the tables could be a little cleaner. They seem worn out.

The adjacent noodle shop is a perfect place to get stuff from the store to make at home. Rice noodles by the pound, egg noodles, sauces, pieces of gluten, wonton wrappers by the pound, frozen pot stickers, etc. Great place to pick up Chinese fare to bring back to the states to enjoy.

Hon is a flat 2.5 stars to me. The three of us chose the combination set (marinated duck and vegetables medley) only to find out that duck item is sold out.

So we had to order the dishes separately which is fine, except that barbecued duck isn't roast duck, boohoo. Tasty but I was looking for crispy golden roast duck, not really a herb-brine duck. I didn't get their definition of barbecue I guess.

Medley vegetables is an assortment of green beans, broccoli, button mushrooms and bok choy. Very average, anyone can stir-fry that at home with a little garlic, soy sauce and Chinese wine.

We also ordered dim sum. Har gow and deep fried squid. The former is forgettable, the latter is good different - cuts of squid dipped in batter, deep fried and sprinkled with sea salt and green-cut chili.

Not likely I'll return to this branch, I might go to their Robson branch to try their won tan, hopefully it'll be an overall better experience than tonight.

Like the Man Michael says. only eat wun tun here.  Well heck, this is what it was all about.  Hon's made this and Pot stickers famous and friendly.

This is one of the older locations and few remaining places that have old school Wun Tun.  On this day, we didn't have any of that.
    What?
Yeah, you heard me. None of that.

Instead, we were here for breakfast.

    What? Hon's doing breakfast now?

    Not exactly.

We could have had the congee and some Chinese donuts and maybe a rice noodle dish, but we didn't.

    Instead we had
Tripe - average for Hon's, better than others.
Szechuan sauce on Wuntun noodles  - ok.
Cream corn chicke soup - ok. Nothing special.
    Pork Potstickers. - ok.

It wasn't as good as I remember, it was just average, but it was still Hon's.

I just need to remind myself that when I come to a Hon's it's all about the Wun Tun, the other dumpling soups and maybe their house special chow mein with crispy noodles.

How I missed the Richmond location.  Too bad they had to close that one down.

I still miss the old days back in the 70's when they had Hon's on Main Street.  Those were the days!

Typo's FOC.  Maybe I type "bad" on purpose?  I blame it on my i-phone. Heh!

I agree with the others who reviewed this restaurant and suggested wanting to give Hon's Wun-Tun Hou only zero stars.  My family and I wanted to stop in here for a hot bowl of soup while we enjoyed some you tiao we purchased from a small bakery close by and were shamed by the waitresses!  The food was gross, the utensils looked dirty, and the service was terrible.  There is no redeeming quality about this restaurant, especially for out-of-towners looking for a place to rest their feet.

This morning, my family and I took a long trip from Washington state in search of some good you tiao and soy milk in Vancouver Chinatown, like we had done in years past.  When we arrived, we realized that Vancouver Chinatown did not have street venders that sold you tiao like they used to.

We first stopped off at Richmond where most dim sum restaurants were not open until mid-day.  We continued to Vancouver, where while most dim sum places were open, none of them served soy milk and you tiao, the Beijing-nese meal we had been desiring.  We asked around the vendors and they pointed us to this small cake shop on Pender Street in Chinatown that made just you tiao for take-out.

We bought some you tiao and jian dui and were looking for a place where we could rest our feet from our travels and eat in peace, hopefully with a hot bowl of soup - instead of hole up in our car and chug the food with cold, bottled water.  So, we saw this restaurant across the way and decided to go in.  Because we had the you tiao and that people in our family normally don't eat very much to begin with, we ordered two bowls of wun-tun soup to split between the four of us.  After we stopped ordering, the waitress all but ripped the menu out of my hand and off the table - she was clearly upset that we did not order more than we did.  But really, I think we had the right to order only as much as we could eat.

After the soup came, my poor grandfather pulled out one you tiao to have with his soup - the sole purpose of us having come to this restaurant in the first place.  The waitress was starring at him the whole time and then came to our table, shook her finger in front of his face to tell him that he could not eat it there.  Then, she came back to our table to tell him that she would charge us $2 if we continued eating.  Because my grandfather does not understand English, he took one more bite.  She came back again to make sure we understood that she would charge us $2 for EACH of the you tiao.  She shook her finger in front of his face again and yelled "No, eight dollars if you eat it all!"  Finally, we translated for him and told him that we should probably put it away.

I mean, I understand that it's not the politest thing to bring outside food into a restaurant.  But, we were really tired and had nowhere else to go.  Soy milk and you tiao was the reason why we went to Vancouver; it was the meal we promised my grandparents.  With 89-year-old elderly with us, it's hard to just grab and eat in the car.  I think most restaurants (at least those in the USA) would have just dealt with it.  They probably would have been unhappy, or AT THE VERY LEAST asked nicely that we not bring outside food in.  If they had, we would have felt much better about putting it away.  I would not have left the restaurant, after hours of driving, with an upset stomach.

There was not enough soup with the hard, fried egg noodles.  The pork wun-tuns and shui jiao in the noodle soup smelled sketchy.  The dishes were terribly dirty.  The tea was served in pink plastic cups.  Because there was insufficient broth with the soup, my grandmother had to dump her tea into the noodles just to finish the food in her bowl.

I would recommend NO ONE to come here unless you want to pay $7 per person for bad service, bad food, and dirty utensils.

Didn't want to get stuck in downtown traffic in rush hour and my friend wanted wonton and I should've ordered the same but I wasn't in the wonton mood.

My husband and I asked a Chinese woman in Chinatown for a good Chinese restaurant. The woman said she was on her way to one and walked us to Hon's. We were unimpressed.
Both the service and food were subpar.
We started with our favourite soup: hot and sour soup. It was somewhat bland. And they seemed to use and excessive amount of corn starch to thicken it, perhaps the reason for the blandness.
The pieces of roast pork were very small (very narrow and not so long but at least at decent thickness) The taste of the roast pork was very different from the roast pork I am accustomed to in New York's Chinatown, which has very authentic Chinese food.
Go across the street to the store if you're a Coke drinker who refuses to drink Pepsi. Hon's only serves cans of soda, and the only cola is Pepsi.

I come for the frozen food section, and some take out which is average quality but its fast. The servers can be slow at times and fast at other. the only thing consistent here is the frozen foods, which they have a huge selection.  Hons has been around for a long time the and has a huge following. The other locations are cleaner and better run.

All of the soup menu is probably their best menu item,  if I was going to pick one, after all it is a wun-tun house

With a menu this extensive, you can't expect every item to be a home run. I only was able to visit here once so my experience was obviously very limited. I had the fried tofu, which was like no other fried tofu I've ever had before. Very dry and crispy through and through - and with a salty taste. Not bad, but probably wouldn't get it again. Also got some soup and dumplings that were fine. It seems that the big attractions here are the wide range of choices and the cheap prices.

Their ordering system uses iPod Touches!! How cool is that??

Inside, the feel is almost like Hong Kong... it's about as close as I've seen any restaurant get to it in the USA or Canada, and I've been to a ton. They have just the right amount of grit on the floor, combined with the plastic chopsticks and cheap cups for tea and everything else...

Sadly the food is a letdown. The won ton mein and sieu mein (sp?) are both pretty good, but they're not award-winning as they claim. The dan dan noodles and the Singapore style chow mein are only so-so, like the wok wasn't hot enough or something, so the noodles are too mushy.

They also closed to new customers earlier than expected... evidently they close up fully at 9pm or something, but they stop letting people in the door at 8:20pm on Sundays? A little odd.

Hon's is for street food greasy noodles and potstickers, if you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal don't go to Hons. They are the fast food equivalent for Chinese, for this I go. Also their prepared sticky rice from the deli counter is great, take it home and pop it in the freezer, when you want to impress with a quick meal, pop it and some dumplings into a streamer for 30 minute, bang on for a quick light meal.

And for those commenting on the tea they serve it is courtesy to give tea to someone when they sit down, always has been always will be.

I must say that the food here is actually pretty good, it would almost be equivalent to our "Mike's Noodle House" but the service here REALLY SUCKS! It's almost like you have to slap them on the butt to get their full attention! Their ordering system is pretty hi-tech I thought for a small little Chinese joint, all the staff member carrys around a ipod touch or IPhone that is directly linked to their POS system so with a touch of a button your order has been submitted!

Price is pretty dirt cheap, ironically they always give you boiling hot tea along with your hot noodle soup! Why I don't know, but it was kind of bothering me. Overall still a good place for a quick bite if you don't mind the service or the potential wait.

I am pretty to new to chinese cuisine because I had a bad experience before and really really didn't ever want to eat chinese ever again.

The service at this Hon's is HORRENDOUS. Why do I have to ask for my bill? And why do I have to chase you down? Not even done ordering food and I'm like UMM.. I want a drink! And she was annoyed to have to take it. Obnoxiously rude ladies (the older ones, really). Holy crap people, be lucky you have a job!

I had the bbq'ed pork and wunton soup and it was okay. The soup I had at another place was better, but I really liked the bbq'ed pork. I am not a big pork fan either. We also had the moo-shu pork and I was told this was the cheap version (aka not that great). Does this normally come with tortilla's?? I found that a bit odd. Oh well.

I'm on the search for better chinese cuisine, but not like Anthony Bourdain style, yo.

The worst was chicken fish noodles. And pork won ton soup. Smell was terrible, taste as well and we were all feeling nauseous. I was thinking their washroom was broken - such a bad smell... but it was actually that food that was smelling like shit.
    And washroom was so dirty..

Not very appetizing. Randomly stumbled into this place as a hungry tourist. Got some sweet and sour pork and green beans. It's hard to mess up green beans so they were OK. But I definitely didn't dig the pork, which tasted pretty bad despite the layers of breading and sweet & sour sauce.

I rolled in...with zero expectations, not even knowing I was going here.  And even with zero expectation, it still didn't meet my expectations.  Is that possible?
I had a noodle dish, with vegetables - well, as it turns out just  'a vegetable' (Chinese broccoli).  At least they had a few things on the table to add to it to give an iota of taste.  The noodles were probably pretty fresh though.
Having just gotten over a flu as well, the fact that it was practically subzero temperatures while eating didn't fit me that day.  But, perhaps given a different day I would have appreciated the different kind of eating experience that Hon's has to offer.
My moral of the story is....check Yelp reviews beforehand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was that bad. The worst meal of my life bad.

I ordered what was, on the menu, listed as some sort of diced chicken with peppers, and peanuts (spicy). The picture looked good. Instead, what arrived on my plate was 95% frozen peas and carrots cooked in a bland sauces with a few pieces of "chicken" which appeared to be un-breaded chicken McNuggets that were barely cooked. One of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted, and I must say I've travelled all over the world and tried some interesting stuff. I'm not a picky guy.

This was abysmal. I can't say this enough...avoid this place at all and any costs.

Le sigh. We had high hopes for the food here, but it was only subpar. The wontons were small and the egg noodles were hard. The sauce for the dan dan noodles was bland. The stir fried udon with xo sauce was good, but it was all thanks to the xo sauce. For a wonton house, they didn't even have red vinegar. The portions for the noodles soups are tiny, but at least it was cheap. The food was quick. The service was terrible and our server serviced us with indifference, but we were impressed by the ordering system. They inputted our orders on an iphone and it got sent to the kitchen.

My husband & I were roaming the enormous Chinatown looking for a place to eat. We were tired, hot, and hungry. As we passed each restaurant, we peeked inside to see if it was busy or not. We figure it's a good way of telling if the food is good or not. We stumbled into Hon's. It looks like the typical Chinese restaurant that serves porridge, noodles, and rice plates. My husband and I ordered Gnow Nam Ho Fun and a  roast pork rice bowl. The Gnow Nam was good, but wished they didn't use so much wonton soup base and instead the Gnow Nam base. As for the rice bowl with roast pork, the best part about these rice plates is the sweet soy they add to the rice and then top it off with the meat. I wish I had more sauce. I suppose I could have asked for more, but I was starving and the waitress was a bit hard to get a hold of. Overall, it's not a bad place, it's decent. Prices are really reasonable, so no complaints there.

Not sure why this place has been given a bad reputation. For what it is, it's pretty good. Its a step up from Ho Ho's that's for sure.

ive been going to hon's in chinatown since i was little. my parents never liked it but meh.. its cheap and fast.

ok, so let me share this disgusting experience with you guys.  i went in and ordered take out. i sat there watching the servers do their work. and when i saw my food being wrapped up. THE SERVER SNEEZED AND USED HER HAND TO COVER HER MOUTH (and did not wash the hands after). she was probably thinking i was staring into space and didnt catch her and also couldnt speak cantonese.
little did she know, my canto was good enough to tell her "i just saw you sneeze and you didnt wash your hands!!" in front of the manager. of course she went to wash her hands right after and was muttering something to her co worker.

oh my god, i know its chinatown but at leastt be more sanitary!

After a recent stay in vancover I made my way over to china town and came across Mr Hons House and decided to stay and eat. Menu is pretty wide selection of all the normal dishes, we order the beef and broccoli, Shrimp fried rice, Pot stickers. and was please with the food nothing over the top. How ever when we were given the bill and the waitress took the check we expected change ? Didnt happen Apparently her shift was ending and the $53.00 bill taken from our table with a $50 & $20 totaling $70. she I guess thought was her tip!!!!! After about 15 mnts of waiting for the change I got up and asked were is the waitress and our change and we were told she left her shift was over!!!! and our $17 was with her as a apperant tip..Needless to say I always tip but this was not worth a $17. tip, and it was extremely rude to asume the change was hers.

Stopped in this afternoon at random while on a long walk. Potstickers were pretty greasy, singapore noodles were average, and tofu with barbecue pork was missing something critical -- like, flavor. Clearly, a lot of people like this place, because it is apparently rated highly by readers of Straight (Vancouver's alternative paper), etc., according to signs in the window. And, we had very efficient service, and the place seemed pretty clean, and the patrons seemed to be a 50/50 mixture of Asians and non-Asians -- all good things. I just wish I cared about the food, which is usually why I go to restaurants.

Living near Chinatown, we are privy to very good Asian cuisine of all sorts, including Hon's Wun -Tun House, the purveyors of cheap, good eats at lightening speeds!  About 10 of us went to Hon's and managed to get in and out in under an hour...! The waitresses, donned in fashion-forward yellow tees emblazened with Hon's name, carry these amazing wireless contraptions that they punch your order into.  The order is then sent to the kitchen and before you can blink (almost literally!) your food is at the table.  It couldn't be more efficient if they had rollerskates on.  The food is decent and cheap and... did I mention the service?!

We came here because the Hon's in SF is semi famous for their won ton noodle which is supposed to come from the Hon's in Vancouver. So the won tons are fine but not special. The noodles have a very heavy fish sauce base  which is very dependent on taste. I didn't mind it but I didn't think it was special either. The congee with fish was good but the congee with char siu wasn't as good. The char siu was very tough. We liked the gyoza.

I wish I had read the reviews of this Hon's before I ate there. I didn't realize the disparity in ratings between the Keefer St and Robson locations. Well giving this place 1 star is being generous. I went there with my girlfriend and we were both starved. We came away feeling more ill than satiated. First our waitress was extremely dismissive. She seemed to be paying so little attention that we were very careful to emphasize several times what we were ordering and point to the item on the menu. Well surprise surprise they gave us the wrong order. When I had them take it back the waitress came out and actually tried to argue with me in Chinese (she thought I was Chinese; I'm not) that the shrimp dish they gave me was actually the chicken dish I had ordered! This particular waitress was very rude to us, almost throwing our saucers on the table from a distance.  There was actually only 1 waitress there who seemed to actually smile at customers and say "thank you" above a barely audible whisper. Then they brought out the chicken dish. I have never tasted chicken like this. It was rubbery, almost as if it were undercooked. I told my girlfriend it was not worth salmonella poisoning to try to eat it, even though she was starved. The dish was supposed to come with noodles. When I asked about rice or noodles they denied it came with any. That's absurd! Who eats stirfried chicken without any rice or noodles with it. The roast pork dish I ordered came with rice that had a very chemical aroma and taste, unlike any rice I've ever eaten. When I went to pay the bill they had charged me incorrectly for the shrimp dish. Also I was miffed that  the rice which should have been included was not free, and refills on the soda are not free.  I felt bad even bringing up all this to them because normally we are not fussy customers. We just expect to receive adequate service, palatable food, the correct order, and be billed correctly. I would say that this place failed on all accounts.
