One of the most honest places as far as maintenance goes. They are straight up and do not try to overcharge and "fix" things that do not require meddling.
Their customer service is great,and they go the distance for their customers. I had a horrible experince at Jonker Honda in Langley (see review for Jonker Honda for full details) and once I went back to Richmond Honda they were so good about not charging me for a check up that they had conducted due to false information from Jonker Honda.
The service manager was honest and although he did not directly display his displeasure for Jonker Honda he was quite apologetic for something he had nothing to do with. -

If you're going to buy a used car, this is the best place in terms of selection, modern models too. Generally I find they're within 4 years. Can't say about what the prices are for new cars since they're generally the same, but talk to Ricky Leung, he's one of the most honest & solid service car associates (sounds better lol).
though I did end up buying instead from Squamish Toyota, he allowed me to test drive a few Ridgelines & Pilots on my own, and emailed me some info as per request. Sometimes it's just easier for me to look at the specs to compare 3-5 different trucks.
It should sound obvious, but some car associates just don't get back to you in time, but he sure did. Did let me know if a car was out of province too (well, it's by law!)
Plus Honda there does a thorough inspection and believe they have a 30day limited warranty money back too.
Try getting that from those car lots on Kingsway lol.
