If you are looking for kitchenware this place has got some great deals. Plateware from Corelle and others. I like their made in Korea non-stick pans/woks they last longer than others and great price too. They have cast iron pans as well. Some items you need to know the prices or you will pay too much. Every now and then they have big sales and it gets crowded with a line up outside.

This is one place where you can get some great deals on kitchen ware. If you know what you are looking for and you are after high quality stuff, it is possible that you will find it here. Mind you, there is also a lot of low quality crap here, but they do have some high quality stuff. Example? Lodge logic cast iron, made in USA, not China. I just got an 8" skillet over the weekend for use as an omelette pan $20. Embrace cast iron - throw out that non stick stuff!
The aisles are packed and there is typically a lot of people wandering around looking for stuff.
If you're Asian and you're looking for a multi-level steamer, chances are, you will find it here. Actually, all over Fraser Street in this area, you should be able to find a steamer.
One strange thing about the place is the balding owner (at least he acts like he is). He is usually, if not always up front by the cash registers looking out for either shoplifters, or making sure the cash tills are not being skimmed by his employees. That's the vibe I get from this dude. He looks like he doesn't trust anyone.
One warning, all sales are final, so make sure you know what you are buying.
