    I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.  I purchased some (7) gifts online for my sisters bridal registry.  I specifically stated in the order to call me when the gifts come in as this was for a surprise bridal shower & not for the wedding.  I called to follow up with the store as it had been awhile since I had placed the order.  When I spoke with the supervisor of the gift registry department he could not find the order & did not think that anyone had put the order through.  He called me back to say that part of the order was in stock but that he'd have to put a rush order on the other half in hopes that it would be there in time for the shower 5 days later.  I asked that he have the manager call me the next afternoon.  I waited until 3:30pm for a call & had yet to hear from anyone.  I called the store & spoke with the acting manager.  She went searching for the order only to come back & tell me that half of the order had already been picked up...by the bride!  Why on earth would they contact the bride & have her pick up her own gift when I specifically stated on the order that they were NOT to call her?!  And why was only HALF of it sent out to her??  The acting manager was the least bit empathetic and actually took another call halfway through my conversation with her & would chuckle when I said that I was upset.  I asked if she would compensate me in any way & said that she'd give me a 10% discount on my next purchase.  Is she nuts?  Why would I waste my money on such a poorly run company.  I will never shop with them again.  Such disrespect & carelessness for their jobs.  I also plan on writing to their head office.
