Hotel was as expected, clean. However, the breakfast provided was very poor due to the fact the employee that was serving and replacing the food kept handling the food, changing the garbages and then returned to food prep. It was so disturbing and so was her customer service skills. We stayed for two nights and both mornings the breakfast room was full of flies.

I stayed here in late July. The people were all friendly; the room was what you'd expect. However, this all was overshadowed by the fact that the breakfast room was infested with flies!
The breakfast room, not a huge room, had several dozen flies crawling everywhere. These weren't black flies, just normal house flies. It was to the point where I didn't feel comfortable to even be in the room, with flies landing on my head and face, much less not wanting to eat food that had flies crawling all over them.
This wasn't a onetime event; it happened the first morning I was there as well as the second. I don't understand, if this was a freak event that happened one morning only, why you wouldn't take care of it that day. But it seemed the flies were a normal thing, the staff at the front desk even had 2 fly swatters sitting on their desk, like this problem had been going on for some time and they were living with it.
The reason I stay in a hotel like this, is because I want to not have to worry about breakfast. I want to be able to get up, eat something, and get going. I ended up having to get up, waste time and be disgusted at the condition of the breakfast room, and stop for breakfast elsewhere. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel that did not provide this service and saved a lot of money.
Please understand, having grown up in central Florida, I am not the type to complain about a few bugs here and there. But the sheer volume of the flies in this hotel, and the seeming lack of action by the staff in regards to this problem, made me feel compelled to write.
