BEAUTIFUL!
This Holiday Inn Express property is amazing. It's clean, quiet, well-furnished, and comfortable for short stays or longer visits. FREE WiFi at fast speeds and a fully stocked breakfast buffet in the morning will definitely make me come back next time I'm in Calgary. Microwave and fridge are also great additions!
NOTE. For security reasons, I don't carry a credit card. Putting a cash deposit on a room has never been an issue at any IHG brand hotels. (And I spend quite a bit of time in hotels!) But the front desk agent at check-in put up a fight. (She actually called the office of my company's CFO beacuse his credit card paid for the room... luckily it was after business hours!) At check-out, another front desk agent charged me a second deposit instead of a refund. Everything worked out... but it was a bit of a hassle. -

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Fast, convenient wi-fi. Just what we expect, and just what we got. Holiday Inn Express means you don't know what city you are in by standing in the shower, or until you look out the window. We went on our way well-rested. One note: when is HIE going to add REAL oatmeal?
