Review from Andrew L.
Port Moody, BC
Five of us went last night for one of the only live music spots on the weekend in Port Moody - they have a great three piece band playing old time classics, modern hits, Johnny Cash covers, etc.
A packed lounge clapped appreciatively to every song - expertly performed - a great night!
Five diners, 5 dinners, all were loved and thoroughly appreciated. They have added some lower cost items - I think you can dine here for $12-15 for some of the items, as well as great traditional steak, lamb, etc.
I had a lovely seafood chowder, followed by scallops on a bed of risotto - perfect! Also raved about were the steak, chicken snitzel, burger - it was ALL good!
A great hidden gem in what used to be S Restaurant, now with more youthful exhuberance, and partying atmosphere - and still great food, with some less expensive additions.
If you're looking for Yaletown polish in Port Moody, this is it - and if you're looking for a great meal, this is either the best or the second best restaurant in town! (St. Street Grill would go toe to toe with anyone in PoMo)
For live music in an adult atmosphere, there is no other contender - this place is great!Listed in: Port Moody - My Neighborhood

Third...or is it fourth time lucky for this location? Affordable, good service and food. I had the scallop appy, very good. Chicken schnitzel was filling. Wife had the halibut and it was perfectly cooked.
Live music was good and not too loud. Had an upbeat atmosphere compared to S. Worth a try.
