Ho Wah's is probably my favorite Chinese place in Windsor and I'd give it a 5 out of 5 except the atmosphere is a little on the dated side.
The food is excellent! My favorite dish they serve is the Spicy Chicken Hong Kong Style. Best I've ever had (and it's hard to find anyway). We usually go with groups of friends and order large group dinners and absolutely everything they serve is well prepared and some of the tastiest Chinese food I've ever had.
