Best hotel to stay at if your looking for a full night at the falls.

The hotel is connected to its own underground parking, multiple restaurants and bars upstairs and downstairs, main floor has a mall with the and Casino.  Nicely decorated hotel rooms and suites. Friend here is a gold member so he gets hotel rooms for free haha.

The convience of the hotel, I can't stress enough, it's the best. It's a bit far from the water. But maybe like 15 $ cab ride away? Or feeling adventurous? Walk it :)

The rooms were soft toned, cozy, romantic lighting everywhere. The bathroom was lovely, you have this sliding white wood window/walls so while laying in the jacuzzi tub, you can open them up, see right into the room and talk to your partner/friend/whoever. Only open these if your comfortable and close to the person or else it get awkward LOL. Bathroom has large mirror, good lighting, plenty of counter top space and standing shower. Flat screen tv on the end of the room, by your feet of the bed. You can be loud but walls are thick, so your not hearing much noise. Gorgeous view of downtown niagara with the water at the very end, you can only see the water from your room till 10pm ( the lights turn off after)

I travel a lot. I've been to Mexico, Florida, Arizona, Toronto, and most recently Niagara Falls Canada all within the past 8 months. I've seen the good and the bad. My belief is that those who are giving this hotel 5 stars, have no truly seen a 5 star hotel and those who are giving it a 1 or 2 star have not truly seen a poor hotel.

Pros: Jacuzzi rooms are large and spacious. Hotel is connected by a walkway to the Fallsview Casino. Hotel has 3 restaurants and multiple bars located inside of the building for easy dining and drinking. Room service was fast.

Cons:  Although nice and large, the rooms were a tad dirty. You could noticeable see the dust behind the entertainment center and around the bottom of the curtains. There were multiple small black hairs in the bath tub. Waited for over an hour for Valet to return our vehicle to us upon check out. The Valet guys were hustling and I felt bad for them; The hotel needs to hire some more valet employees. Overall, the high price paid for a falls view high floor room is not indicative of the quality.

Restaurants within the Hotel: The Watermark restaurant on the 33rd floor is an absolute rip-off as far as breakfast is concerned (and i've read the same goes for dinner). You pay roughly $24 per person for a breakfast buffet that includes bruised fruit, awful scrambled eggs (possibly the worst I have ever had), and a variety of cereals. They did have an omelet station which was its only saving grace. BRASA Brazilian steakhouse was much better. Large buffet station with fruit salad, veggie salad, rice, potatoes, fried bananas (yummy), and a variety of other assortments. Then servers come to your table and serve you with a variety of meats ranging from steak to duck to lamb...etc. Had a nice team here.

Summary: You can get as good or better of an experience for less at other hotels in Niagara Falls. The saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply to this hotel, but it wasn't a bad stay either.

Probably the overall nicest Hilton-owned property I've been to (so far). The room was nice with the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and frosted glass doors behind it that opened up to the bed area. Our corner room had two large windows that gave us an incredible view of the falls, Skylon Tower, the casino, and much more.

We really wished we had more time to check out the pool because it looks amazing! We were given free breakfast tickets for our stay as one of our HHonors benefits, so that ended up saving us a significant amount of money here because the breakfast is extremely expensive.

It's a big, beautiful hotel.  We'd have no problem staying here again on a return visit.

We really enjoy our stay.  We had 2 bedrooms with a beautiful view of the falls.  it was nice and clean.  Small swimming pool, but who care cuz we came here for the Falls.

Also, love their Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurant.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it was wasn't for my Sheraton experience. I went here with my family last month, July of 2011. We had a 3 bedroom suite. My sister in law is a member here so we get free upgrades, awesome! When we first checked in, we asked for the highest room possible, the receptionist at the hotel noted that the highest room for suites is 49, and we'll be staying in it! The receptionist made a mistake. She gave us our room key and it said 46. I guess she mistaken the number 6 for a 9 ?

Got into the room, and was confused. The concept is a bit weird because we thought the rooms would be directly connected, however there are two rooms on one side, and another room on the other side separated by a hallway with doors (technically 1 bedroom + 2 bedrooms). The middle bedroom does not have a view, lucky for us our parents didn't mind. Therefore my sister and I had the best fallsview VIEW ever!! My brother and my sister in law on the other hand, got a view of the city and PARTIAL fallsview which she did not enjoy very much..

The location is a bit hectic, yes the casino is directly in front of the building, if you're here to gamble, YOU'LL love it! If you would like to see many places, I don't think this is the right hotel. Walking to each tour took atleast 15-20+ minutes. We were all pooped by the time we reached there. Therefore, Sheraton is better choice, when I was at Sheraton, I was able to do so much more, even get to swim inside their pool! But at Hilton, I really had no time to enjoy their pool because everything was a teenie bit far. I even missed the special weekend fireworks because I had to walk so far to get to one of the restaurants I wanted to try.. booo

All in all, spectacular view, but wished it was a better location.

This is definitely the hotel to stay at when visiting Niagara with a large group, it's amazing value for what you get, the corner suite which is advertised as a 3 bedroom is actually a 2 bedroom connect via a small entrance area to a one bedroom suite.
If you have 7 or more people in your group, and depending on the time of the year the price is very affordable! Now of course you will find very inferior motels and such for cheaper prices, but if you want to just have a great time, in a great location, an amazing pool, a fantastic selection of restaurants, an indoor walkway to Fallsview Casino and if you're the type to go clubbing, there's also a club called Dragonfly (I might be wrong) just across the street this is the place to be!

The room's are typical Hilton rooms and every 2 bedroom suite has a large jacuzzi facing the room (with blinds for privacy of course) along with a fake fireplace.

Being a nicer hotel, wireless is not free and they charge you something like $10 or something per night if you want a mini fridge.

They don't charge you extra for requesting a top floor and every time I've been here, they've always been able to get us rooms on easily the top half of the tower. Also, they rooms give a great vantage point of the fireworks at night as well! The view has always been great (the one bedroom suites faces the "city" but the double suite gives you a great view!)

It's a little bit of a walk from the Clifton Hill area, but something that's definitely do-able for anyone, probably take you a good 15 - 25minutes walk.

Very friendly and accomodating staff, it can get very crowded during check-in and check out times so save yourself some time and check out via phone and most definitely go check out their massive pool, slide, hot tub, sauna and steam room!

Only going through my pictures did I realize that I'd neglected to write an update on this when we were there just before Christmas.  The rooms are still as nice and the view as splendorous (when there's not too much mist), but I have to take it down at least a star for two reasons.  One: they closed the Falls View dining room for breakfast when we were there.  I mean, that's more than 50% of the reason why we wanted to stay there!  Two: the work out room is an abomination and unbefitting of a property of this caliber.  Just LOOK at those pictures I posted.  Yuck!  Please fix this ASAP, Mr or Ms. Manager!

p.s. looks like Andrea C. experienced the EXACT same frustrations as I did at the "gym", and posted her pictures.

I took advantage of one of their off season specials with a beautiful room and food vouchers for $189. Since I didn't think we would be back any time soon, I paid a little more to get the premium view. We were on floor 49 and the view was amazing. Although the casino was in the way, we still had a good view of the Canadian falls and a great view of the American falls. The mist and fog were more of an issue than the casino for us.

The fireplace they advertise is really just a lamp made to look like a fireplace. It really seemed to cheapen up the room. If I ran the hotel, I would have those removed. The bathroom and jacuzzi were very nice. As others have said, it may not be nice for a family, but it was good for us.

We had dinner at Brasa and really enjoyed it. The voucher only covered one of our meals, but I knew that going in so I wasn't disappointed. The buffet breakfast at the Grand Caffe was decent. There was plenty of food to please us both, but it was nothing spectacular.

Overall, we both really enjoyed the hotel and were very happy with our trip to the falls.

This review is due to customer service.  Hotel had some issues, but really a 4 star hotel, but a "ZERO" star hotel in service.

Today I checked into the Niagara Falls Fallsview hotel.  I arrived about 4pm and was given 1150 as a room number.  It was a king bed, non smoking, near the elevator.  Just what is in my profile online.  So, what more could I want.  After an hour of sitting and relaxing I started to hear a  loud hum coming from what I thought was the air conditioners on the roof of the Lobby of the hotel.  I called down to the desk and they were going to send up maintenance.  Not sure what they expected maintenace could do, but I waited about twenty minutes and nobody showed to the room.

Let me take a step back and explain that this is our summer vacation from New York City where I work and live near by.  Was truly looking for some relaxation and peace and quiet from the noise of the city.  So obviously I am sensitive to the noise at this point in time.    And did not expect to hear anything from the outside of my hotel room in Niagara Falls.

So back to the saga, after the twenty minutes I went down to the desk and explained the situation and asked for another room.  The desk person said she was unable to change the rooms at this time.  I asked to speak to the manager.  The manager, or person who helped me, was a male.  I explained the situation and he also wanted to send the maintenance person.  I again said the noise is coming from the outside.  I said it sounded like an indoor skydiving engine.  Living in Florida, I have spent many hours in Orlando at Fly Away and also at Universal Studios CA.  After explaining the situation again, he moved my room to the other side of the hallway.  I took the keys and started to walk away from the desk when I looked down and saw that he moved me to the 7th floor.  Now I have upacked and settled in for the two nights stay and he is moving me to a lower floor.  I never complain, but I thought this was crazy as we would be closer to the noise.

I turned around and said that is what you do for a customer with an issue and asked to check out of the hotel if that is the best you can do.  He did not ask why, and said everything is taken care of.   Everything, but servicing your customer that would be.  What truly bothers me is the lack of care by your desk about my issue.  I think I would still be waiting for the maintenance person, as my wife waited and nobody ever showed.  The noise that I heard from my room, I am sure others complain about daily.  They acted like it was the first time anyone has complained of the issue.  Funny that I said it sounded like an indoor skydiving engine, and he said there is one across the street.  Therefore, I am not the first one who complains about the noise.  Just plain horrible customer service.

I am writing this email from the Marriott down the road.  I actually wasted about  1/2 my day switching hotels and dealing with the issue.  Maybe I should not have left and just dealt with the noise.  Looking back that would have made my life easier as I wasted the entire rest of the night moving to another hotel and being mad.  But sitting here at the Marriott Fallsview, I can say that I didn't make the wrong choice after all.

I can tell you, Marriott has treated me with respect and professionalism.  I cannot say the same from Hilton.  I can tell you, when I have a choice in hotels I won't be choosing Hilton.

OK, I will admit that the rates here are fairly pricey, and there are many choices of hotels in Niagara Falls that serve their purpose if you're just looking for a place to rest your head at night.  But this Hilton offers so much more than the average hotel...

Others have commented on the price of valet parking, but $20 isn't going to break the bank, and it's so convenient (especially in the Winter).  We've never had a problem locating our car when picking it up, and the staff are always friendly.

I don't want to sound cheesy, but as soon as you come through the doors here, you feel "special". The decor and ambiance is really classy, really fancy!  The hotel looks brand new, and everything is spotless.  The rooms are SO clean, the furniture is up-dated, the bathrooms are clean, the bedding and towels smell nice, the TV's are new and big, etc...

The hotel has an AMAZING pool with a whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. I think they have a gym but I haven't used it as of yet, lol.

And don't even get me started on the Watermark Restaurant (see my review).  They also have a Brazilian Steakhouse but I haven't checked it out yet (Vegetarian at a Steakhouse = no fun)

So on top of everything that's offered within the Hotel, there's a heated glass walkway that connects the Hotel to the Fallsview Casino resort.  They have a theatre, tons of stores, a wedding chapel, restaurants, Dragonfly nightclub, etc... You don't even have to go outside!  I love coming here in the Winter for a little get-away from the City.  I think the view of the falls' in the Winter are far more spectacular, and the whole concept of not having to go outside for entertainment works better in the Winter.

I love it here.  As I said before, the rates may be a little on the pricey side, but this place is so much more than a Hotel.  I still stay at the Howard Johnson, Days Inn, etc... this place is a special occasion kind o f place.

Great view for cheap in the higher floors of the falls....blocked by the casino a bit but you can get around that by going to the Skylon.  Decent service and great concierge for tours etc.  Bar is really expensive.  Modern and decent accommodations.   Don't trip over the tourists in the lobby.

Two of us stayed in the 2 Bedroom - Deluxe Suites (Jacuzzi/Fireplace) w/ "Fallsview" on January 17-19.  Everything in the suite was nice and clean.  I wasn't disappointed AT ALL.  The view was amazing.  As may already know, parking is a pain.  Hilton tacks on a $20 parking fee per night in addition to other ridiculous "tourism" taxes even though it is only valet.  Since, it was winter, it didn't take long at all to get the car.  However, it was annoying how many times we had to tip when we received the vehicle.  It was just annoying, since we didn't change much of our US dollars into Canadian currency.

** I'll post pictures of the room and view.

We got a room on the 19th floor in the South building with fallsview. It had one king bed and one sofa bed which could fit 4 people comfortably.

We specifically chose the room with fallsview because we wanted to see the falls. However, we could see the falls only partially, well mostly. The view was blocked by the Casino in front of the hotel.

Though, we managed to ask a lady at the restaurant on 33rd floor to get up to the lounge and enjoy the view. My point is you don't have to pay higher rate for the fallsview room. You can simply ask the staff to let you in to the restaurant and see the falls when the restaurant is not too busy. The staff there was really friendly and nice.

Still, the view is blocked by the Casino no matter which floor you are at in the hotel, and so you can't get the panoramic view from the hotel.

The downside of the hotel is that there is no free Internet access for hotel guests. Breakfast is not included either.

My friends and I stayed at the Hilton Fallsview over Thanksgiving weekend. The room was a two bedroom suite with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the north tower. The room was fantastic! Everything was fairly modern, and very clean. We had a view looking at the falls and other parts of the vicinity. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly from the front desk to the parking lot attendant.

The negatives...The food. I had breakfast here on that Saturday. It was 18.00 after GST for a buffet with an omelet bar, meats, eggs, and tater tots as their potatoes. I was not happy with the buffet at all! For an additional 5.00 you can go to the 33rd floor and eat with a view. They also charge you 20.00 a day to valet which had additional taxes. If you are traveling lightly, park at the casino with a players club, it is much cheaper! No fee wi-fi, and if you want to use the business center, they charge you to sign on, and print.

Overall, I would definately stay here again. I wasnt very happy with the food period in the Niagara vicinity as they gouge you, but the hotel itself is quite impressive.

I had a distinctly different experience than Brandon.

After booking my trip on http://Hilton.com, we arrived at the hotel without much fanfare. A week prior to booking, I called the hotel and asked if there were any issues regarding construction, kid friendliness, dining, etc. (standard questions I now ask routinely prior to booking a vacation). The attendant assured me the hotel was absolutely A+, totally kid friendly and construction free.

So imagine my surprise as we turn the corner on Fallsview Blvd. and noticed that an entirely new tower was being built, immediately eliminating the restaurant from dining options since it was part of the "construction zone".

When I checked in, I had mentioned that my company had a corporate rate, however they wouldn't honor it since I booked online  and after a few minutes of polite bickering, I decided NOT to call my AMEX and cancel.  With CAD/USD parody right now, I regret not making the decision.

Additionally, prior to booking I was assured everything about the hotel was family friendly. My room had a whirlpool tub, separate shower and a large gaping open window between the bathroom and the living quarters - pretty hot if I was going to get engaged. However for a family of 3, this was a cluster. That meant when you had to use the facilities, you um...heard everything.

    How romantic.

As for the major selling points, the hotel is across from the Casino which though i'm not a big gambler, was nice to walk through for the shops and restaurants. Also, it was a brief walk away from the falls themselves.

The other selling point is the pool which isn't spectacular sans a massive 3 story water slide. The slide was fantastic but I couldn't help but wonder if Canadians were cold blooded as the pool was fricking freezing. My poor 4 year old was shivering as she begged to continue her descent down the luge/slide.

We were there for 3 nights. Saturday our rates were astronomical but Sunday somewhat balanced it all out. All in all, the rates were approximately $270 a night USD.

With so many options, Double Tree, Sheridan, Marriott, etc. I'd find it hard to justify another stay at the Hilton. It was simply a disappointment.

Before we start i must say that this hotel is actually located on the Canadian side of the falls but it was such an amazing experience and yelp only allows US reviews i switched it to match the New York side.
    Here is the real address

    6361 Fallsview Blvd.
Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3V9, Canada

IF your going to the Falls please consider crossing the border and staying here...you will not regret it!!!

This hotel was out of this world!!! our room was beautiful with a large bathroom that opened up to the main part of our room  which allowed us to see the falls from our Jacuzzi.  Plenty of towels and everything else we needed.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.  We were able to see both falls clearly and most of the town. Nighttime in our room was a special treat with the "light show" at the falls.  You can not get this view from the US side

At the price we paid, we will stay at the Hilton every time we visit Niagra!

    A solid Hilton location.

That said, why are you going to Niagara falls, really? I was last there for a Bachelor party on the cheap. For that, this Hilton was unexpectedly pricier than nicer digs in destinations like oh, VEGAS. But it works. A real falls-view is worth the price, and the room was Hilton-nice (but nothing spectacular, after all people don't go to the Falls expecting boutique hotels - sadly.)

The location, on the newer end of the Canadian development is far better than the awful kitsch of the "old-town." That alone made it worth it for me. The streets are wider here, there's professional valeted parking, and buildings are all new. Plus theres some hotter nightspots right across the street, and finer dining than you will find in old strip (though lets face it, Macaroni Grill isn't REAL fine dining.)

While Niagara continues its reinvention, this Hilton is situated in its new contemporary heart. Worth the coin.

When visiting Niagara Falls, this hotel is the one to choose. When you first walk in, you will feel welcomed. The decor is nice and looks modernized. The service is surprisingly poor. When I went to check in, they gave me a room that was cheaper then what I had payed. Aside from this, the rooms are fantastic and spacious. The beds are comfortable and nicely designed. There is a wide variety of restaurants including the Brasa Brazilian Steak House located on the hotel. I would recommend this to families and couples who would want to enjoy the breathtaking scenery's of Niagara Falls

I have to say I was not impressed with the Hilton Niagra Falls Fallsview and would not recommend it to anyone. Please note that the website is a bit confusing when selecting rooms, make sure to call and find out which floors offer views of which falls, the US or the Canadian or which rooms offer both. The picture on the website shows the Canadian Falls in the background beautifully and unobstructed. Note if you are staying in rooms 30 or belowish, the Niagra Fallsview Casino Resort impedes your view. It is quite in eyesore.
The idea of a 2 bedroom suite was great; however it was not well executed. Note when you walk into your hotel suite, you enter into one of the bedrooms immediately, it is rather small, dark, and much like a cave. Everyone must walk through this bedroom that does not contain a privacy door in order to leave the suite. After the bedroom, you go through a short narrow hall way where there is a decent size bathroom and bar area. The bathroom looked quite nice with a large jacuzzi tub; however, after opening the shower door and almost vomiting from the mildew smell, we opted not to use their bath tub. It was obvious after taking a closer look that housekeeping does barely a quick once over.
Note: There is no refrigerator in the rooms, it is an additional $10, but they do advertise that each room has a fireplace. It is a fake fireplace that doesn't even provide heat. Take your cheap ugly fireplace back and give me a refrigerator  instead. After the hallway you go through a door to the main bedroom with the ONLY WINDOW. We were on the 27th floor and the windows were filthy, it totally took away from the scenery. Other minuses is that Internet and parking is not free, and  you can not call ahead downstairs for the valet either.
The hotel advertises their flat screen TVs in each room but neglect to tell you that they don't have hd cable and that only 4 channels came in. Not a a good situation if you have kids.
And lastly, the biggest turn off was their pool and gym. I have posted pictures. The pool looked amazing with the water slide at first look, but after turning the corner you could tell it was not well maintained. The stairs and floors were dirty, corroded, and peeling.  The water slide was never on or working the three days we were there.
The gym was located at the top of the pool in a tiny room. All the machines were either broken, out of order, or being ducked taped together. Seriously there were cracks in several machines and the Hilton ducked taped it back together. See attached photos.
Never would this be acceptable in the US.
    Spend your money elsewhere.

For those who frequent Niagara Falls knows that in order to attract business during the off season, they will have special deals on their rates.  For $139 a night packed with discounts to their restaurants, you couldn't go wrong. I'm sure most of the people that stayed there were either shopping in the US and/or visiting the casino which there is an indoor tunnel connecting the 2 buildings.

Our room was in direct view of the casino and a little view of the American Falls.  The room had a jacuzzi which was attached to the bathroom and shower.  I don't know if you want to hear your partner going to the bathroom while you're in bed watching tv.  Kind of distracting if you ask me.

Anyway since Brasa and our the Grand Caffe Restaurant were all indoors, we didn't have to go outdoors in the inclement weather to do anything.  I've already reviewed Brasa and nothing has changed since our last visit.  As for Grand Caffe, it was just ok.

Definitely a very good hotel to stay at, no matter what age you are.

3.5 stars - Pricelined this place for just over $100. What I gathered from my research on these nicer hotels is...
$200+ with a view of Niagara Falls
    $100+ without a view

What we decided to do was save the $100, and have a nice breakfast buffet atop the Hilton Watermark Restaurant BREATHTAKING view ($20/person) and use the remaining money at the Fallsview Casino.

We enjoyed our stay here, but there were some "issues". We checked into our 10th floor room only to find the hall really stunk of cigarette smoke and someone "appeared to have already checked in". A set of keycards were already on the table, and the notepad was used...as well as telltale impressions on the bed. So the bellboy calls down to the front desk to find us another room. This time on the 7th floor was to our relief was smoke-free, and had a somewhat obscure view of the falls. It was a handicap accessible room, which meant a large bathroom, and it also had a higher ceiling. However this room wasn't without "issues" either. Someone appeared to have been in the room because the notepad was scratched full of numbers, and the bathroom tiles had dirty shoe imprints on the floor. It took a minute to realize the numbers must have been room numbers the maid was cleaning or something. Since we got the rather obscure falls view, it was still more than we were expecting, I'd give 4 stars but due to all the "issues" I've got to take half a star away.

Well, the hotel does have an great view (if you get a falls view room, duh).  Indoor pool, prompt valet service, friendly staff... Location-you can't get much closer to the falls and casino is across the street and connected to the hotel...

However - Don't take the staff's word on everything.  The concierge recommended to go to souvenier city for souveniers so we made that our first stop.  You might as well shop at an airport souvenier stand!  Then we drive around and find there's at least a couple streets FULL of the cheap 99 cent t-shirt to cigars to 420 ashtray souvenier shops.  Why the hell would he send us out to the edge of town to the most overpriced place?

Also, the staff at the front of the hotel told us one of the attractions would close at 7 and it closed at 5:30 so we missed it.  Can't blame them entirely cuz we probably woulda missed it even if we had the right time but still have to minus for misinformation.

But I would definitely stay here again. You can pretty much walk anywhere you need to go and the hotel has a shuttle service that drops at major "destinations" that you can use. And if you sign up for their newletter they send you lots of deals on room rates.

This hotel is okay. There is much better in the area. It's starting to show it's age and there are reno's going on but the company really should have addressed this before it got to the state it's in. Rooms are definately nice and clean and smoking rooms are available. Swiming pool is run down and needs immediate attention and work out area is much worse. Half the equipment was out of order. I did make a point of making my opinion know to management and I got the "we're working on it" excuse, but a return trip a month later yielded NO visible progress whatsoever.

You can certainly find better in the area...

I had a really fun time at this hotel and I just wanted to comment about their rooms.  We went with 4 people in our group (2 couples) and we booked the most memorable and perfect room for the trip.  It was a double room with a washroom/hot tub in between.  The funny part about it was that there is this huge window pane in the washroom that allows you to see into the main bedroom with a switch to draw the blinds up and down in the washroom.  We thought it was hilarious to draw the blinds up and "spy" on the people in the main room. (Yes, we're childish - it's okay, we know that).
This double suite that we rented was perfect for us, and I really don't know any other hotels that would offer this.  I believe the price for that suite was just $50 more than their regular rooms so I strongly recommend it for families/group of friends partying in Niagara.
I would skip on the valet service and just park it in the casino across the street, because they took too long to take your car out and you have to request for it if you want to take it out - and we were indecisive about things.  I think it would have been cheaper to park it at the casino too.

nice hotel, w great amenities great spa/pool area where u can stand under a minifalls dropping thousands of gallons on your back which is quite nice, the swimming pool itself which is huge btw also has a natural whirlpool effect at the center, the steam room and sauna are great too.

Great views if you get the right room. Our rate through the company website was $180 CAD per night (Mon/Tue) with breakfast buffet included. Unfortunately I booked a bunch of hotel stays for various vacations and did not print my itinerary before I arrived so I forgot about breakfast being included-they won't tell you purchased it either. Anyway the place is very clean and is close to whatever you need and want to see.  Did not try the restaurant but did look around there- the view is spectacular. I heard people complain about parking and it is reasonable-y would pay three times that in a hotel in downtown Chicago.

We got a 2 bedroom in the newer part of the hotel and it was wonderful! A SWEET view of the US falls (we were on the 22nd floor so we couldn't see much of the Canada side falls), decent price, clean, and pretty nice decor with a cool jet tub that fit 3 people (my husband and I, and our baby -- hope that doesn't freak you out).
$20/day parking in/out privileges valet only. They may or may not tell you that.
    Staff are friendly.
    Good restaurants in the hotel.
We walked around a little bit around the area but we drove to the falls because we had a baby (another $20 fee for that parking lot. boo!). Right across the street from the Galleria.

This hotel is probably one of the better ones I have stayed at in recent years. Not only are the staff the friendliest I have seen, but the value for the money, the accomodations and the simple ammenities are the best in the area and top notch for any Hilton! This spot sits on a hill overlooking the falls (the casino does block your view a bit, but who cares). The place is about 34 floors and is one of the nicer hotels I have seen. The lobby and pool areas are clean and fully staffed with a ton of very helpful people that will assist you with whatever questions you may have. The place is the cleanest I have seen also, with marble floors, and it looks fairly new. The check in process was easy and they even let us check in early. The rooms are beautiful with huge bathrooms, huge spaces and the jacuzzi rooms are top notch! The view is great and when it is night time the falls light up and you will have no problem seeing them. The restaurant upstairs is very good with a nice buffet for breakfast and an even nicer, more fancy dinner. The view from up in the restaurant is even better and more breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a great nights stay in Niagara. The price is a bit high but it is well worth it. The connection to the new casino is an added plus with an enclosed heated bridge right to the lobby of the casino. Definetly stay here!!
