This is my second stay at the Hilton in London. As a frequent traveler I tend to find comfort in certain brands. In the past this was Hilton. I could pretty much expect the same level of service no matter where I went. Recently that confidence has been shaken due to some less than stellar property experiences.

The Hilton London has restored that comfort. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. If you are lucky enough to get upgraded to one of their 3 Executive Floors prepare for wonderful views of downtown London, and personalized care including turn down service, lounge access for breakfast, a late evening get together and one of those comfortable Hilton robes. For the money this place goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Staff are friendly and efficient and will cater to your every need. If you want to relax and rest, go to the Hilton.

There are features of the hotel that show their age. No Flat Screen TV, wallpaper that is pealing in places, and the shower is reminiscent of the hotel a couple of remodels ago. Beyond that well worth it.

First time to London, and therefore first time to this hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean. WIFI Internet connection is  fast (charge applicable). However, as it is an older property (that has been updated). Certain things cannot be changed. For example, you can only choose "high or low" for air-conditioning, no specfiic temperature control. Shower tiles are little old. TVs are not flat-screens. Small complaints, but understandably as it's not a big city. Also tried their casual restaurant, London Grill. Decent lunch buffet. $10 for roast beef lunch (also chicken entree if you are not into beef). The only gripe I have is that the desserts should be encased because there were fruit flies circling around.
