As there are no beer brewers in New Westminster I figured this was the next best location. It's relatively close to the Edmonds area which made it beneficial for me and my location.
Their website has all the prices of their beers and you can do half batches. I have ordered a half batch of light beer and the other half batch is a dark. This makes 48L total of beer, approx 12 - 12packs of beer.
For our wedding we were going to can all the beer but Hillcrest offered to keg the beer and if there was still some left they would can it for us. There is a rental fee but it is minimal and you can also rent a freezer for the kegs to keep them cool at your function. If I were pricing by the can it works out to approx $1.22 per can before taxes. Not a bad deal for getting what you want and what your guests want :)!.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also do wine making and I believe some hard liquors as well. Kind of your one stop shop for making your own alcohol.
UPDATE:
Please note that if you require a liquor license you can NOT serve your own made beer. As this was not clearly made out to me when I ordered they offered a few options but we decided to keep the beer we made.
Because they offered options we will be back for all our home made beer and wine needs.
The lady who helped us can the beer was super nice. As was the gentleman who helped load up the beer after I canned it.

You book an appointment and arrive to find steam rising from the brew kettle. You "cook" for one hour and make plans to return in two weeks for the last hour of "work," after which you will be the proud parent of nearly 12 dozens of beer you brewed yourself.
You have the chance to produce a wide variety of flavours that you and those around you can enjoy.Just return to bottle in 1 to 2 months after you have combined all the ingredients together
We offer a wide variety of pre-designed customizable labels to choose from, whether it is for weddings, birthdays, parties, or anniversaries. All you have to do is choose the design, and the font for what ever you want to say. We also offer professionally designed labels if you would like to personnalize your label with you own pictures on it.
