Hibachi Express is a new Chinese Steam Table / Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant that has taken hold of the old PostNet / Sign-A-Rama location on King Street near Chapters in Waterloo. The food is utterly forgettable, but it is close to where I work, which is a plus. The parking, however, is atrocious in this plaza, and I don't see it getting any better. The restaurant is set up for take out, and there are a lot of places to stand and wait, but not so much in terms of places to sit and eat. Seeing that there are a number of other better places that are around doing the same thing (Mikey's Eatery, for example, has a much better steam table Chinese food restaurant), I wish them the best of luck!
