Wow, if I could give 0 stars I would. I am absolutely livid right now. I just wasted 45 minutes on a long distance call with Heys customer service and got absolutely no where. The only reason why I insisted on calling was that emailing them was going nowhere. They would send replies every 3-4 days which was taking forever to get the matter resolved.

Both of my 4d cases was damaged due to manufacturer defects (I will attach pictures) and Heys isn't fessing up to the mistake. More so, because I am in the US, I would have to travel back to Canada with broken luggage (I don't even know how that is possible) and take it to one of their repair centres. I don't get it- they are called Hey's International and they can't even help someone in the United States. It's beyond ridiculous.

On top of it all, Jessica the customer service agent was beyond rude and really unhelpful. Needless to say I will NEVER be buying luggage from Heys again.

Got a backpack for school and paid a premium because it was "Heys" and backed by their "warranty".

After two months the backpack had holes in the mesh pocket that holds a water bottle. I emailed the company, and apparently they know about the problem but chose to do nothing about it. Apparently it isn't covered under warranty and I am SOL!
If the fools at Heys know the material isn't good quality and doesn't stand up to regular use- why is it still being used? What dumb management decision was that? I am sure the margin on the product wouldn't be effected by chaning to a better material- and your company is already making a huge profit based on the fact that your products are over priced and made in developing countries (CHina, Phillipines, etc.)- why so greedy?

Anyway, save your time and money. If you want something truly high end with a warranty that actually helps you, buy TUMI. They will actually help you get what you need, and if your still upset they will get you something NEW (yes brand new!). Otherwise, get something cheap and just buy another when it gets worn out. For what I paid for this Hey's backpack, I could have easily bought 2-3 cheaper backpacks.

Good job Heys! You lost a customer for life!
