These guys are awesome. If you own a Land Rover, you should be taking your vehicle here instead of the dealer for off-warranty service. The owner is a former Land Rover dealer service manager so he knows his stuff, but he's also up front and honourable, so he'll only sell you what you absolutely need. I originally started dealing with them due to a recommendation from the local Land Rover enthusiasts club. I bought my Rover in the US and needed to have the computer programmed to activate daytime running lights for it to pass import inspection. The local factory dealer quoted me about $2,000 for their "import package" but they couldn't justify why they were charging that amount and what exactly they were doing. Hesp charged me for an hour or two of labour to reprogram it. I have since taken my Rover there for all service and have always been very happy with their service, rates, and turnaround times. They are also conveniently located near the SeaBus making them easily accessible from downtown.
